Participates in designing and evaluating plant utility distribution systems and ancillary equipment. Creates and maintains records to ensure Joint Commission requirement compliance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: BASIC KNOWLEDGE: Requires Bachelor of Science Degree in mechanical, electrical related engineering field or approved equivalent. Completion of three years formal training in boiler operations and turbo- generator operations, generally acquired from a technical school or military service. Requires Stationary Operating Engineer License from the City of Providence within one year of service EXPERIENCE: Requires five to seven years experience in steam, turbines and boiler operations.
