Support improvements to key manufacturing areas, including: Next-generation Paint Line Metal Fabrication Cell optimization Driving single-piece flow for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) lines Assist with Quality Management System (QMS) development, including process improvements and documentation to prepare for ISO certification. Build training materials and audit tools to support sustainable lean practices. Complete a full value stream analysis and present improvement recommendations. Deliver a final capstone presentation summarizing your contributions, learnings, and impact at the end of the summer. Qualifications What You Bring Experience That Drives Success Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred). A genuine interest in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and hands-on engineering work. Previous manufacturing or co-op experience is a plus, but not required.
