Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for projects. Lead projects to improve cost, quality, delivery and safety of manufacturing processes Continuous Improvement Drive cost reduction, cycle time improvements, and throughput enhancements. Analyze production metrics and root cause manufacturing issues to implement corrective actions. Conduct time studies ,line balancing, and ergonomic assessments. Develop and maintain manufacturing strategies for equipment, workplace layouts, labor and material flow to meet strategic goals. Develop new or improving existing manufacturing processes in areas such as: Assembly, Sheet-metal, Cooper depot, E-box. Quality & Compliance Ensure manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve non-conformances and implement robust control plans. Support audits and compliance with ISO and other relevant standards. Technical Support Provide hands-on support to production teams to resolve technical and operational issues. Evaluate and recommend tooling, fixtures, and equipment upgrades. SKILLS: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning. Self-starting, results oriented, flexible, team player. Demonstrate discipline and consistency regarding adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication, interaction and leadership skills. Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles. REQUIREMENTS: BS degree in an Engineering field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a senior or leadership position.
