THE ROLE:
This dynamic, highly visible role drives product Quality & Reliability related data analysis presenting to higher management internally, and external customers to improve customer happiness and build customer confidence. Will collaborate with the Global Operations organization and key business units, engineering leadership, business operations, sales, and end customers. This job requires strong technical capability, a good understanding of server CPU technologies, and highly effective communication skills to debug systems-level issues from firmware level to applications level, working together as a team to resolve them to the satisfaction of our customers. In this role, you will work seamlessly across internal development teams and our customers during critical issue escalations and drive issues to closure in time to meet customer satisfaction.

2-3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
