Participates in project teams typically including one of the following: Identifying and implementing process/product improvement alternatives to increase/optimize yield, efficiency, throughput, and/or performance. Designing, performing, and documenting engineering test experiments to evaluate product/process performance. Requirements: Educational Experience -bachelor's degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred. Experience - 2-3 years of experience in a continuous improvement or process engineering role. . Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with AutoCad and/or Inventor preferred. Proven experience or interest in Industry 4.0 technologies, such as digital work instruction, smart sensors, or connected factory tools.
