We are seeking a new
Engineering Technician to join our growing team. This role
is responsible for final assembly, testing/debug, field installation and service of custom automation machinery. You will also participate in customer product testing, demonstrations, technician education, and final quality control inspection of machinery prior to shipment. You will need to have the ability to travel up to 20% of the time to local and international customer sites.
As a member of the test department, you will work closely with engineering and production departments and report to our Test Manager.

- Independently and successfully diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain diesel and gas engines, air compressors, pumps and heaters
-Reading schematics and diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical problems
- Installation and commissioning of new units including generators, UPS, switchgear, automatic transfer switches and other related system products. This could include first time start-up installations
