    The position of Letter Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication and assembly of channel letters or cabinets, light installation and mounting of channel letters. Build letters by riveting, caulking and punching in weep holes For trim cap: File, form and attach trim to pan channel letter. For assembly: align and attach letters to a cabinet using pre-drilled holes and/or use provided fabrication pattern. Install LED lighting and other lighting as necessary Operate bender and ability to channel letter bending and assembly Operate trim cap machine Weld aluminum sheet General electrical experience To become a part of our team we require applicants for our Letter Fabricator position to have the following qualifications: SKILLS Mechanical aptitude Basic mathematical skills, ability to read a tape measure Effective interpersonal, oral and written communications skills Ability to read blue prints and interpret sign/shop drawings and specifications Ability to multi-task and handle numerous projects simultaneously, time management EDUCATION High School diploma, GED or the equivalent of training, education and experience EXPERIENCE One year of experience in Letter Fabricator, service or similar industry preferred but will train.
