We are looking for a seasoned professional who can operate independently at various customer sites across the U.S.
*Compensation:* $34.00 - $57.00/hour (based on experience) + per diem and housing allowance when away from home.
*Schedule:* 4x10 shifts (Except, CA, 5x8); 4 weeks on-site / 2 weeks off (work from home).
*Key Requirements:* FAA A&P License, 8-12 years of rotary-wing experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC)

Your Challenges:*
Primary Responsibilities: *
Maintenance/Troubleshooting/Aircraft Inspections: 60%
Perform maintenance and inspections utilizing airframe and power plant (A&P) license outside of certified repair station (CRS).
Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctioning systems and components to determine corrective action required to assure safety and airworthiness of aircraft.
Conduct applicable airframe calendar/hourly inspections, hidden damage inspections of airframe structures and sub-assemblies. Conduct operational and functional checks of structures, systems, and/or components as required verifying acceptability/airworthiness.
Responsible for ensuring physical security of aircraft, partner with fixed base operator (FBO) if needed.
Participate in flight tests on aircraft. Perform track and balancing of rotor systems and vibration analysis.
Strictly observe foreign object damage/debris (FOD), tool control and calibrated tool policies.
Accept field assignments on request
Accomplish in-process and final inspections for maintenance, repair, modification, and rework of aircraft components and sub-assemblies. Tasks will include "Clearance-to-close" inspections, torque check verifications, dimensional checks, flight control system installation verifications and flight control rigging checks of Airframe, Engine(s), hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel systems for integrity and compliance with manufacturer's and FAA requirements and regulations
Perform thorough receiving inspection of aircraft, determining overall airworthiness of aircraft through physical examination of aircraft and associated records. Proficient in inspections to determine airworthiness impacts of any found discrepancies.
Lead Technician Responsibilities: 20%
Conduct daily "huddle" meetings
Assign maintenance tasks to the technicians
Identify / elevate work performance issues / safety concerns
On-Site Customer Support: 10%
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including highest level complex issues, identified by Airbus customers.
Perform on-site customer support and the tasks contracted by the customer.
Documentation/Compliance: 10%
Update applicable maintenance tracking program daily. Monitor and forecast for upcoming maintenance and assure timely compliance with inspections. Ensure compliance with production and repair station policies / procedures / forms and FAA Regulations.
Research, compile and document all applicable maintenance for airframe, engine, accessories and components in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved regulations and company procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable calendar/hourly inspections, life limited or cycle limited components, airworthiness directives and alert service bulletins. Document and return airframe, engine, accessories or components to service after maintenance, repair or modification. Review all 337s associated with the aircraft.
Tracks and coordinates forecasted removals, repairs and material requirements for all TBO (Time between Overhaul) and SLL (Service Life Limit) assets.
Compose and prepare all necessary Aircraft maintenance documentation in relation to qualifying the airworthiness or return to service of aircraft, engines, parts, components and systems.
Perform aircraft mass and balance record calculations in accordance with AC 43.13-1B, chapter 10 in conjunction with applicable Aircraft Maintenance Manuals.

Minimum eight (8) years of aviation maintenance experience on the BK117 C2/D3 or EC135 * OR * 12 years of rotary wing experience of which at least 6 months are on the BK117 C2/D3 or EC135.

Minimum two (2) years of Leadership Experience and/or equivalent education classes (i.e. served in a Lead position previously, attended leadership trainings, etc.)
Education above the minimum required can be considered as additional experience (i.e. bachelor's aviation/ engineering/ aeronautics would be considered 2 additional years, master's aviation/ engineering/ aeronautics would be considered 4 additional years, etc.)
Understand and be familiar with the FAA regulations 14 CFR Parts 27, 29, 39, 43, 91, 135, and 145 processes.
Must have complete understanding of the BK117 C2 with a high level of trouble shooting expertise on all aircraft systems.
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form in English.
Ability to obtain a DoD CAC (Common Access Card) .

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The Overhead Distribution Lineman - A Class is responsible for all Apprentice and Class B & C responsibilities in addition to working energized and de-energized lines and equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge of methods, practices and equipment of electrical line work.
Thorough knowledge of the hazards of electrical work and necessary safety precautions.
Ability to climb poles and perform strenuous duties in a variety of weather conditions
Ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work with angry or difficult customers.
Skill in operating listed tools and equipment.
Ability to accurately read and record data from various types of meter dials.
Ability to work in inclement weather.

String wire on new construction or in repairing line breaks.
Sets and connects transformers and other electrical distribution equipment.
Climbs pole's and makes necessary repairs.
Trim trees along electrical lines and perform related work as required.

You must stand on-call after working hours as needed and directed.
Class A Lineman is responsible for ensuring safety standards for himself and his crew and is responsible for his/her own safety at all times.
Safety should be the number one priority of any apprentice lineman.
It is the apprentice lineman's responsibility to report and all accidents/incidents to the foreman immediately and to make the foreman aware of any known potential safety hazards that may exist.

Large commercial heat treat requires experienced maintenance manager. MUST HAVE experience with preventative maintenance, inventory, controls and heavy industrial equipment.
Educational/Technical Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED
Ability to operate fork truck and aerial man lifts
Knowledge of standard tools and their proper use.
Must have own tools to complete repairs
Heat Treat, automotive, or aerospace experience is preferred but not required.
You must have U.S. citizenship or residency.
Job Duties:
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprentice is responsible to assist in the repair and maintenance of the equipment and plant buildings.
This includes all mechanical, electrical, welding/fabricating, and hydraulics/pneumatics equipment.
They will learn the operation of the equipment to maintain and increase the efficiency of the equipment. Continual training in different areas of trade skills and the equipment sequences will allow the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprentice to perform their duties successfully.
Learning to problem solve, pay attention to detail and time management is critical for finding the best repair solution.
Verbal or written communication skills and teamwork are necessary when interacting with all other company personnel.
Safety is for life and technicians will perform all safety procedures and attend training to further their knowledge.
Train in the following trade skills:
Mechanical
Electrical
Welding and Fabrication
Hydraulic, pneumatic systems * Work with others to repairing breakdowns as required with proper documentation.
Perform preventive maintenance on all machinery per work order instructions.
Complete Problem log sheets, Maintenance repair tags, and other required maintenance records.
Receive and pass on information to previous and post shift personnel verbally and using information white boards.
Get assignment from Lead Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. * If assigned complete daily “EQUIPMENT INSPECTION” to look for signs of possible failure, safety violations, or areas to be cleaned.
Preform locks out/tag out, confined space, and hot work permits as required.

In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment, including robotic welders, conveyors, and transfer systems, to keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a represented skilled-trades position with excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and a generous 401(k).*Sign-On Bonus: We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus (less applicable taxes) for newly hired skilled trades positions*
This position will pay $36.42 / hour with a 6% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift. Must be available for 2nd and/or 3rd shift.
Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance and Repair
+ Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and equipment
+ Remove and replace worn or defective parts; rebuild spindles, cylinders, valves, pumps, and gearboxes
+ Start up and test equipment after repair to verify safe, effective operation
Diagnostics and Technical Support
+ Use precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances and alignment
+ Read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics to diagnose issues
+ Inspect and measure parts to identify wear, misalignment, and other defects
Fabrication and Shop Work
+ Operate machine-shop equipment to fabricate and repair components
+ Perform basic machining and welding work as needed
Safety, Compliance, and Documentation
+ Follow plant safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements
+ Document all maintenance and repair activities for reporting and traceability
+ Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Minimum Requirements
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Journeyman Machine Repairman or minimum 8 years in trade
Additional Requirements
+ Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
+ Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and use aerial lift equipment
+ Must be able to work outdoors during cold and inclement weather
+ US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required
