This position works within multiple areas and requires a high degree of self-direction. Close working relations with technical & production departments will be essential to ensure production is supported at all times. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Inspect the repairs, replacements, installations, and adjustments of the Press Machines. Will ensure the maintenance of all mechanical equipment in the steel Welds to repair broken parts, fabricate new pars and assembles foundry environment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and detailed repair drawings related to manufacturing equipment and machinery Inspect equipment when required for repair or transportation. Ensure safe environment to avoid contamination or workplace safety hazards Inspect to confirm correct calibrations of machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operation Use hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
