About the Role: Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping bakery equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently. This role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs during both planned and unplanned downtime. The technician is also expected to propose improvements and implement approved changes to improve safety, quality, equipment availability, and production efficiency.
