What we are looking for:

A driven and team focused Donor Relations Representative located west of the Mississippi River to provide ongoing interaction and to build relationships with a portfolio of identified donors in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of basic principles of the Christian faith, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and relevant experience, including:

This is a full-time, exempt/salary position on UCHealth's Plan Administration team based in Lone Tree CO.

Leads referral development activities as informed by the yearly strategic plan and physician relations program plan. Provides strong customer service skills and relationship building capabilities with many different stakeholders. Focuses on developing referral relationships with physicians with the goal of maximizing referral and redirection opportunities for both inpatient and outpatient services.

• Identifies appropriate prospects, delivers designed messaging, organizes meetings between referral sources and hospital affiliated providers, coordinates access to hospital services and verifies physician satisfaction with the outcome of referrals.

• Implements physician relations activities, including 1:1 visits, educational events, focus groups, continuing medical education and social events.

• Establishes new business growth opportunities for the health system and develops successful marketing materials. Identifies service issues and communicates operational image issues that impede physician referrals and patient and physician satisfaction.
• Utilizes CRM program to track, trend and report activities.

• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

The pay range for this position is: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Constituent Relations Representative

Alliance Defending Freedom is looking for a highly customer service oriented Constituent Relations Representative to join us in our Scottsdale, AZ office. As the Constituent Relations Representative (CRR), you are a vital part of the Direct Response Team. In this role, you will report to the Constituent Relations Manager. You will provide high-level customer service and stewardship to our Ministry Friends, and you will help provide operational support for the direct response program. You will be responsible for responding to donor inquiries in writing, on the phone, and by email, as well as processing donations, and assisting with cultivating and retaining monthly donors.

Your Essential Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:

+ Provide a high level of donor stewardship and cultivation by responding to donor inquiries and processing donations ensuring the data is accurately recorded.

+ Answer incoming calls, handle emails from the general inbox, and respond to mailed letters.

+ Make telephone calls to thank Ministry Friends, to trouble shoot failed transactions and update credit card information.

+ Correctly and efficiently route time-sensitive and priority calls to the appropriate team member.

+ Communicate in a clear and concise manner the work and mission of ADF and its current cases

+ Maintain accuracy of data in our fundraising Customer Relationship Management system.

+ Conduct event follow-up, and process product orders in a timely fashion.
