Industrious Leadership

Greg Barber is the Chief Financial Officer of Industrious. Before joining Industrious, he was the Chief Transformation Officer of First Watch Restaurants (an Advent International portfolio company). Previously, Greg was VP Strategy and VP Business Development at PepsiCo, and he was the President of TCBY and CFO of Mrs Fields Famous Brands. Greg also was a Consultant with Bain & Company. He has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Anna Squires Levine is a Chief Commercial Officer at Industrious and is based in New, York. She has worked as President at Born Free Africa, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company Inc., and Researcher at Penn Medicine. Anna works or has worked as Co-Founder at Run for America and President at Run for America. She studied at Brown University between 2004 and 2008.

Craig Robinson is the Chief Growth Officer for Industrious, responsible for all sales, marketing and strategic partnerships. Craig has led business units within both large global public companies and private mid-cap growth businesses. He most recently built and led Powered By We, a global division at WeWork that provided real estate development, technology and management services. Previously he was the CEO of Global Corporate Services at Newmark where he led all sales, operations and platform investments. Prior to Newmark, he was President of Colliers International Group Inc., U.S. Region, where he was responsible for $1B+ in annual revenue and 5,600 real estate professionals. Over the course of his career, he also held leadership roles at Cassidy Turley (now C&W), CBRE/ Trammell Crow and AIG Global Real Estate Investments. Craig serves on the corporate boards of Roofstock and Fyllo and is a board advisor to Statebook International, withco, 1Sharpe Capital (venture capital fund) and Pacific Program Management. Craig earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, and his BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Craig lives in Atlanta and is passionate about scuba diving, art collecting and advocating for racial equity and a democracy that works for all.

Liz Simon is a Council Member at NationSwell, Advisor at Raise for Good, and co-Chief Operating Officer at General Assembly and is based in New, York. She has worked as Various Roles at Obama for America, Legal Intern at The Constitution Project, and Counselor to the Director at US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS). Liz attended University of Michigan Law School between 2005 and 2008 and Cornell University between 2001 and 2005.
