We are proud to have been recognized as one of America's 500 fastest-growing companies in 2020 by Inc. Magazine and one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers. To learn more, visit ********************************** About the Role: As a Senior Building Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for directly managing a dynamic tenant experience program for owners of large office assets. This includes oversight of physical amenity spaces, tenant programming, building communications, marketing and sales, service culture, and the team members who bring it all to life. We believe community, connectivity, and productivity are the real drivers of places where people want to be. To thrive in this role, you'll bring both an eye for creating engaging workplace experiences and the operational chops to make them run seamlessly. At its core, this is hospitality work. It's about discipline and empathy, systems and service - and creating moments where tenants feel not just welcomed, but empowered and delighted to spend their days here. You'll Love This Role If… You enjoy being the connector who pulls together community, F&B, fitness, events, and arrival into one seamless experience. You thrive on leading teams, coaching talent, and setting service standards that everyone can rally behind. You're energized by variety - walking a leasing tour in the morning, fine-tuning a service campaign at lunch, and troubleshooting AV or F&B with a vendor in the afternoon. You see hospitality as a strategy, not a side note: it drives community, culture, and the building's value. You take pride in making large, complex spaces feel warm, human, and easy for tenants to navigate. This Role Isn't For You If… You'd rather stay focused on a single function than oversee multiple moving parts (events, amenities, F&B, fitness, arrival, comms). You find people management - coaching, feedback, performance conversations - more draining than rewarding. You want predictable routines instead of the variety and curveballs that come with running a large asset. You see hospitality as “extra” instead of essential to making a workplace thrive. You're not comfortable being accountable for setting culture across both your direct team and third-party vendors. What You Will Do Tenant Experience & General Management Build strong bonds with occupiers ensuring their experiences are personalized and their days are productive. Become an invaluable resource and partner to current workplace experience, HR, or office managers in the building. Ensure financial and engagement reporting are submitted on time and executed in adherence with standards - including annual business plan and quarterly Asset/Property Management recaps. Monitor trends on an established cadence that allow for both internal teams and asset managers the ability to understand the business and adjust practices when deemed necessary Manage tenant experience and amenity budgets. Establish clear systems and procedures that set the rest of the amenity and property management team up for success in your absence. Consistently identify ways to improve the systems and processes to ensure optimized operations and experiences. If necessary provide assistance with new tenant move-ins, onboarding and in office services when asked. Assist marketing teams with ensuring collateral and experiences are per building brand identity standards. Help create standards if none are in place. Assist leasing teams in highlighting the benefits of the building's amenities including tours and lease gifting programs. Deploy customer sentiment surveys such as NPS, CSAT and others. Create action plans for any detractors. Own the tenant and new hire onboarding process so new building occupants are aware of the services and amenities provided. Amenity Management Oversee the ordering, restocking, receiving and inventory of amenity supplies in a timely manner, avoiding outages, while managing COGs efficiently. Ensure all the amenity spaces are spotless at all times. Document and escalate maintenance and facilities issues through the proper channels. Meeting & Events Management Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals for the meeting and event spaces by managing inbound sales and proactively building strategy and execution for outbound sales. Support, manage, and coordinate meeting and event leads and bookings . Manage coordination with clients, planning events, logging events and reporting through Tripleseat. Conduct property site tours, managing room flips and checking in bookings daily. Manage 3rd Party AV vendors and contracts to ensure AV equipment is always operational. Ensure the broader day-to-day operations of the meeting rooms/tenant lounges and other bookable space are running smoothly. Create reports and monitor trends on an established cadence that allow for both internal teams and asset managers the ability to understand the business and adjust practices when deemed necessary. Third Party Vendor Management Ensure that all third party vendors are aligned on a daily basis with amenity reservations, catering orders, special events and requests. We are proud to have been recognized as one of America's 500 fastest-growing companies in 2020 by Inc. Magazine and one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers. To learn more, visit ********************************** About the Role: This is a key technical and operational role serving as the dedicated Financial Systems Manager to the high-growth Industrious Accounting and Finance team. The core mission is to ensure the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of our Procure-to-Pay (Coupa) and general ledger (NetSuite) environments, along with their associated integrations. This person will be the primary functional expert, providing daily tier-one support, resolving system issues, driving continuous process improvements, and contributing to global expansion planning. Success in this role requires a hands-on, problem-solving approach to minimize downtime and maximize user adoption for critical financial tools. While this role is embedded within the Accounting and Finance organization, it requires close cross-functional partnership with our Digital and Engineering teams, particularly when debugging complex integrations and deploying new features. A critical element of this position is a deep understanding of financial compliance, internal controls (SOX-relevant), and the sensitive nature of financial reporting deadlines. The Manager must have the technical expertise and conviction to ensure system configurations and processes remain compliant, knowing when and how to say "no" to non-compliant requests to safeguard the company's control environment and the accuracy of its financial statements. Ultimately, the ideal candidate is a proactive systems administrator and operational leader who is culturally aligned with the Finance team's goals, including attention to detail and accountability, while possessing the technical depth to bridge the gap between financial requirements and IT execution at a fast-paced, exciting growth company. In this role: You'll be the go-to support person for our Finance team, handling daily system issues and working on cool integration projects. Your main focus will be keeping Coupa and NetSuite running smoothly and making sure they talk nicely to each other and other systems. Get ready for a lot of tickets! You'll manage a high volume of requests via Zendesk (Gotta hit those SLAs!) and be quick on Slack for urgent stuff. You'll need to be an independent investigator, resolving errors, access problems, and system issues using your admin permissions in Coupa and NetSuite. You'll debug Workato automations connected to Coupa/NetSuite. If it's a technical fire, you pass it to the engineering team. This isn't just a helpdesk gig. You'll drive system and process improvements, help with new feature testing (UAT is your friend), and write great documentation to help everyone help themselves. You'll participate in planning to make sure our systems can handle us expanding into new countries. You'll love this role if: You have 4+ years of experience supporting or administering financial systems, specifically Coupa but NetSuite would be a bonus!. You are an expert in Coupa configuration and troubleshooting, including Chart of Accounts, External Integrations, Account and Security Groups, and Approval Chains. You've maybe even been through a Coupa implementation project previously! You are comfortable managing a high volume of support requests and hitting strict deadlines (e.g., via Zendesk or a similar ticketing system). You pride yourself on being a sharp problem-solver and are highly detail-oriented. You can explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical finance and accounting colleagues. The idea of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment excites you. Bonus: You have a basic understanding of accounting/finance principles (P2P, financial close, expense reporting). Bonus: You have experience with SOX compliance or building and maintaining internal controls. Bonus: You have experience with Workato or similar integration platforms. This role isn't for you if: You have minimal or no experience administering or configuring Coupa as a primary focus. You prefer working on large, long-term projects and don't enjoy the daily rhythm of support and troubleshooting tickets. You aren't willing to dive into system internals and independently investigate and resolve errors and access issues. You are uncomfortable being the primary technical voice for financial compliance and controls, sometimes needing to push back on non-compliant requests. You are not comfortable juggling a high volume of operational tasks and urgent needs from the Finance team. Compensation The annual base compensation range for this role is between $105,000 and $115,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications. You will also be eligible for an annual 10% bonus and participation in our long-term incentive program. Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious' total compensation package for this role. Other great perks and benefits include heavily subsidized healthcare plans, generous paid time off, wellness programs, professional development grants, 401k plan, and many other benefits, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and company policies. Location Readiness Partner with Launch operations to ensure all inventory including meeting rooms and day passes are named, photographed, and live in booking systems before opening. Verify listing accuracy and booking flows. Monitor early usage and coordinate fixes with Operations and Marketing. Publish simple Indy readiness criteria so photos, listings, and day‑one bookable products are accurate and sellable before opening. Operating Cadence and Reporting Build and maintain a single launch scoreboard covering speed, conversion, demand, readiness, ancillaries, and revenue. Forecast opening‑day and first‑month results. Propose pivots when indicators trend off plan. Run the launch kickoff, weekly cross‑functional reviews, and opening‑week daily check‑ins. Publish concise GTM readouts weekly and deliver a post‑launch handoff pack (learnings, retained pipeline, next steps) to regional leadership. What You'll Bring: 6-8+ years in real estate or flex‑office sales with consistent quota attainment Proven cross‑functional leadership across Sales, Unit Operations, Launch Ops, Marketing, and Sales Ops Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels-brief senior leaders and run day‑to‑day launch activities (tours, proposals, pricing check‑ins) Clear communicator with executive presence; concise memos/readouts; leads broker and owner‑facing meetings Track record of enforcing SLAs (fast lead response, same‑day proposals), shortening cycle times, and making data‑driven pivots Builder of repeatable playbooks; documents decisions and drives adoption across markets Bias for action, high EQ, and sound judgment; holds peers accountable while keeping teams positive Broker/enterprise fluency Willingness to travel ~30% What Success Looks Like: You become the go‑to partner for launches across Industrious. Teams seek you out because you get to the heart of issues quickly, unblock decisions, and keep the room focused and energized. We operate from a single source of truth for launch performance. You create a scoreboard that powers the weekly operating cadence and proactive actions rather than reactive fire drills. The strategic launch initiatives you own consistently ship on time with clear KPIs and visible business outcomes. Revenue lift is evident: pre‑open and Month‑1 occupancy trends improve because conversion SLAs are honored, proposals go out same‑day, and pricing adjustments happen quickly Senior leaders trust your judgment and view you as the connective tissue that makes complex openings feel calm, fast, and professional. Unit Operations, Launch Ops, and Marketing feel more connected and supported. Our launches run on one cadence with fewer escalations and clearer handoffs Local sellers are certified and confident on launch talk‑tracks. There is clear adoption of the playbook sticks after handoff, creating repeatable wins for the region. Brokers experience a consistent, high‑velocity process, smart discovery, well‑timed tours, and timely proposals, which strengthens our reputation and accelerates future openings. You'll love this role if you… You're a connector who builds trust with Operations, Marketing, and regional leaders and you harness those differences to make launches better. You are a sales expert that can draft talk tracks then you teach others how to deliver them You give clear, actionable feedback on tours, discovery, and proposals that helps sellers grow and improves outcomes by the next huddle. You enjoy finding the trends and signals that help adapt sales strategy. You turn messy inputs into the right questions. You're great at storytelling and can drive at “so what/now what” to move cross‑functional teams to action. You zoom in and out from company‑level launch targets to the day to day metrics, knowing what deserves attention now. You like owning the operations cadence and calendar. Follow‑ups energize you rather than drain you. You thrive in big moments, making calls with incomplete information and adjusting quickly You take work seriously, not yourself, bringing humor and joy so the team performs at its best. This role isn't for you if you… Juggling multiple fast‑moving launches stresses you, or you prefer someone else to set the plan and priorities for you. Speed makes you uneasy. You'd rather perfect a plan than push same‑day proposals and make real‑time pivots when gauges slip. You'd rather stay behind the scenes than run customer tours, lead daily huddles, or present to brokers. Funnel dashboards and metrics feel like noise, and you're uncomfortable with data Cross‑functional wrangling with Operations, Marketing, and Regional leaders feels exhausting instead of energizing. You prefer stable routines over zero‑to‑one work. You're not up for ~25% travel for important active launches Direct feedback is hard for you, and you hesitate to coach tours, discovery, and proposals. Compensation and Benefits The annual base compensation range for this role, including bonus, is between $115,000 and $125,000 with a variable performance related bonus of between $40,000 and $50,000. The successful candidate's actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.
