Bart Brown joined IndyGo in 2019 as the VP Finance and CFO for IndyGo. He previously worked for the Indianapolis City-County Council. He was responsible for developing and overseeing the budget process and financial planning for the City-County Council. Brown also has over twenty-five years of financial expertise, as he has assisted both public and private sector entities in the oversight and planning of financial, administrative, and auxiliary functions. Additionally, Brown helped steward the City of Indianapolis’ through several budget-writing processes and efforts to promote high-quality public services. Bart has a master’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana University - Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington.

Aaron Vogel MSTM is a Chief Operating Officer at IndyGo and is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has worked as General Manager at Keolis Transit America Inc, Chief Of Staff at IndyGo, and Regional Transportation Services Manager at VTA. Aaron attended Csu Sacramento College, SJSU between 2015 and 2018, and University of Phoenix between 2013 and 2015.

Marcus Burnside began working with IndyGo in Fall 2015 as a consultant and joined the IndyGo team in 2017. He has over 25 years of Information Technology experience, in both private and public sector organizations. He most recently served as CIO for the City of Lawrence, Indiana and previously worked for Monster.com, ITT Educational Services, Inc., and Kaplan Compliance Solutions. Marcus holds a Bachelors in Technical Management from Purdue University and an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. When Marcus is not working, he enjoys sports, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.

Charlie Carlino is a graduate of Ben Davis High School. He has served in various retail management, information technology, and transportation positions in Central Indiana throughout his career. He served as the Lead Technology Specialist and Routing Specialist in the MSD of Wayne Township's Transportation Department, the Assistant Director of Transportation for Westfield Schools, and now serves as the Chief Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO and Board of Directors at IndyGo in Indianapolis. Charlie is a lifelong resident of the Westside of Indianapolis, is married to his wife Crista, and they share a daughter, Alexis. In his free time, Charlie enjoys supporting our local sports teams, studying family genealogy, and playing trumpet.

Jennifer Pyrz is a Board Member at HNTB; Chief Development Officer/VP:Infra strategy and innovation at IndyGo; and Chief Development Officer and VP of Infrastructure, Strategy and Innovation at INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION CORPORATION and is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has worked as Planning Group Leader at HNTB, JTRP Implementation Manager at Purdue University, and Transportation Engineer at Edwards and Kelcey. Jennifer works or has worked as FELLOW at Eno Center of Transportation. She studied at River Falls High School, Purdue University between 1996 and 1997, and Purdue University between 1991 and 1995.
