POSITION PURPOSE
The Recruiter I supports hiring strategies to meet the staffing needs and hiring goals of IndyGo, with an emphasis on union-represented positions such as Coach Operators and Mechanics, as well as corporate and administrative roles as needed. This role supports the full talent acquisition process, from sourcing through selection, across all job classifications and grades, and helps maintain recruitment pipelines to support high-volume hiring needs.

Assists in achieving hiring goals by identifying, sourcing, recruiting, and screening qualified candidates.
Partners with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans, clarify required job skills, create job descriptions and competencies, and select appropriate sourcing strategies for each position.
Assists in the development of interview questions at the request of the hiring managers.
Reviews resumes against job-related requirements; conducts candidate phone screens or assessments based on qualifications; and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Supports recruitment strategies by developing and maintaining candidate pipelines; proactively identify active and passive talent through the execution of recruitment plans and creative marketing strategies for high-volume staffing.
Collaborates with team members to coordinate new hire onboarding activities.
Builds community relationships by utilizing social media, competitive research, employee referrals, diverse recruitment sources, local colleges, and other outreach methods.
Tracks expenses related to talent acquisition efforts and analyzes the effectiveness of recruiting strategies to support continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with IndyGo's strategic goals.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, team members must have the following education and/or experience.
Associate degree in Human Resource Management or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Two (2) years of experience performing recruiting, interviewing, marketing, advertising composition, and public interaction functions is preferred; experience in a union-represented environment is preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP / PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
Previous experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.

Provides legal review and advice regarding compliance with Federal Transit Authority laws, regulations and guidance.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience.
Juris Doctor degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the public sector, including in particular public transit.
Current State of Indiana law licensure.

GENERAL SUMMARY
It is the responsibility of the Public Safety Officer Lead to oversee a team of public safety officer professionals to respond to incidents in and around the terminal supporting our police and fire teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Understand FAA pertinent regulations, airport operations, and layout
* Provide courteous service, directions, or information to the public and others as necessary.

* Complete all necessary paperwork and related reports concerning assisted events

* Responsible for performing a daily check on the PSO vehicle (i.e. no damage, take for maintenance and gas as needed)
* Ensure special assignments and details are completed as requested (e.g., plane counts, perimeter surveillance, escorting duties, etc.)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Education and experience that provides knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the duties of this position
* Two to three (2-3) years supervisory experience a plus
* Two to three (2-3) years of facility safety experience a plus
* Ability to perform physical and cognitive tasks identified in the job description

POSITION PURPOSE
The General Laborer is responsible for performing non-technical maintenance and servicing on corporation vehicles, as well as general custodial duties on vehicles, in the shop, and around building grounds.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Budget Analyst is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and maintaining accurate financial and operating data and records. This position is also responsible for recommending to Finance leadership the establishment of new or modified reporting methods, standard operating procedures, or benchmarking criteria to improve financial performance and operational efficiencies. This position requires an on-going partnership with the other divisions within IndyGo, including budget review, large procurement tracking and planning, and project management support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Analyzes and interprets financial and operational data, budgetary trends and historical data to identify and address any budget inconsistencies or errors and suggest improvements to maintain fiscal sustainability.
Prepares clear reports and summaries that highlight performance and key findings.
Identifies patterns and unusual trends in financial data to keep departments informed about potential issues or areas of success.
Develops and maintains an understanding of essential systems (including the enterprise resource planning system of record).
Reviews data entry and collection methods, recommending improvements to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
Prepares reports for Management, including monthly updates for Division Directors, as well as ad hoc financial and budgetary reports. Responsible for assisting the Manager of Budgets with quarterly and annual financial and operational reporting to local, state, and federal stakeholders.
Develops and maintains an understanding of budget processes and procedures in all departments to assist in long range budget planning.
Develops and maintains an understanding of the organization's funding sources and revenue streams.
Collaborates with the Budget Team to review division budget reports, monitor expenditures and fund availability and provide recommendations to Finance leadership.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
Provides data and statistical information to support other departments and outside agencies as needed.

POSITION PURPOSE
Under general direction, the Facilities Supervisor organizes, monitors, and supervises facility maintenance operations and provides technical assistance to the Manager and Director of Facilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Spend time daily at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center ensuring that the General Laborer Facility Staff on hand is performing their job properly and that they have supplies needed to perform their job in keeping the Julia M. Carson Center in clean and presentable condition for our customers and staff.
Assists in evaluating all bus stops and shelters to ensure that they are well-maintained and clean and that all damage to signs, posts, shelters, bike racks, benches, and any other amenities are repaired properly.
Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary; prepare documents for equipment procurement; prepare specifications and contracts for contract services.
Help coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques.
Develop, organize, and monitor preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and equipment.
Help coordinate construction projects, remodels, and special projects.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
Reviews facilities compliance with regulatory guidelines (i.e. OSHA, EPA, IDEM); develop and implement the necessary changes to ensure full compliance and immediate response to any findings.
Assist in the preparation of various contracts, request for proposals and reports.
Attend and participate in professional group meetings; maintain awareness of new trends and developments in the field of facility maintenance.
Provide support for other departments on activities that require the use of specific facilities or facilities personnel.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Diesel/Automotive Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all corporation vehicles. Work involves the repair and replacement of engines, transmissions, electrical components, air systems, etc., general servicing and preventative maintenance procedures, and emergency repair work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Learns to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in operating the transit bus. This includes learning how to assist individuals with disabilities with boarding and de-boarding, when requested, and safely securing wheelchairs and mobility devices in a courteous manner, announcing designated stops and other stops as requested, without question, and examining and testing all passenger accessibility equipment during pre-trip inspections.

* Perform daily airfield lighting repairs at all IAA owned facilities.
* Conduct service, inspections, and repairs of all electrical systems. Test automatic transfer and emergency power systems.
* Troubleshoot, repair, or replace electronic and electrical systems using schematics, blueprints, and electrical test equipment.
* Troubleshoot, repair, or replace fiber optic systems
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all electrical, electrical/mechanical, and control components of the airport baggage conveyor systems.

* Design, build, and install new electronic and electrical systems that include the installation of conduit, electrical wiring, data cable, fiber optics, and service panels.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Graduation from high school, completion of a GED, or vocational school is required. A combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position is preferred.
