POSITION PURPOSE
Familiarity with, or experience in analyzing "things that move," as in vehicles or people, is a foundational aspect of the work that will be performed in this position. This position is also responsible for managing multiple diverse and complex projects to track performance improvement and serves as a liaison to achieve efficiency and process improvements throughout the agency. This would be achieved through various levels of technical data management, supporting IndyGo's current and future projects through the analysis of data from multiple sources. These functions will generally be performed to identify, visualize, and track key performance indicators, measure progress on desired outcomes, and identify potential efficiencies in agency processes and procedures.
The chosen candidate will work in partnership with others in their respective division and other departments to conduct relevant analyses and communicate meaningful insights to general stakeholder groups and the public at large. This position will also be responsible for alerting others to any issues, anomalies, or opportunities they uncover while performing their duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates automated workflows and interactive dashboards to generate departmental reporting, using programming languages and/or BI tools.
Develops and enhances methods for data collection, validation, and analysis from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation.
Perform database management functions, including the maintenance of databases for ridership data, service data, and field collection data.
Respond to standard and ad hoc requests for relevant operation, ridership, or service data as needed for internal and external customers.
Use historical data to research, evaluate, and summarize trends and anomalies to generate statistical data models that assess performance and measure operational costs and efficiencies.
Leads various projects with departments to improve performance and efficiency and reduce costs. Identifies and monitors project deliverables scope, plan, issues, risks, and milestones.
Provides ongoing oversight and support to departments to ensure that measures are being implemented to effectively manage operations and affect improved efficiency.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess the following education and/or experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data analytics, data science, computer science, or a related field, or a combination of education and professional experience equivalent. Master's degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in data analysis/business analysis with a bachelor's degree or one (1) year of professional experience with a master's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with Advanced SQL, automating scripts, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data manipulation/statistical software packages such as R, SAS, or Python.
Experience in working with APIs for data retrieval and integration, as well as utilizing web scraping libraries for automated data extraction and processing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

POSITION PURPOSE The Manager of Vehicle Maintenance is responsible for leading the team of Vehicle Maintenance Supervisors and Mechanics to ensure rolling stock is available for service while controlling department workflow. This position also ensures that labor is assigned in accordance with the negotiated labor contract between IndyGo and its labor union and that total expenditure does not exceed the budget.

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Terminal Services Specialist performs semi-skilled custodial duties throughout the internal and external areas of Indianapolis Airport as well as properties owned by the IAA. The employee is responsible for cleaning internal and external areas, windows, doors, fixtures, and air vents. The Terminal Services Specialist will provide customer service to passengers and visitors at the airport. This position is responsible for the containment and cleanup of biohazardous spills using various chemicals and disinfectants. Duties include operating small equipment, motor vehicles and associated equipment, small ride-on scrubbers and sweepers, floor machines, portable and stationary pressure washers, or Kaivac Cleaning Systems. Occasionally, Specialists will attend in-service training which may include updates on company policies or new equipment demonstrations. The Terminal Services Specialist conveys accurate/ clear direction and information about the Indianapolis Airport surroundings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Provide customer service to airport guests.
* Direct passengers and visitors to appropriate locations.
* Greet passengers using the "10' rule" (specialist should greet a passenger or customer and ask if they need assistance if within 10 feet of eyesight).
* Assist customers with locating lost or misplaced items.
* Assist nursing mothers and passengers/guests with disabilities.
* Contact airport dispatch in the event of injury that may befall any passenger, guest, or employee within the terminal. Specialist must stay with passenger/guest until an Officer or EMS relieves them.
* Direct the general public to designated safe areas in the event of severe weather or threat to the airport.
* Provide temporary lodging to passengers by providing sleeping cots/mats in the event of massive flight cancellations/severe weather.
* Perform basic standard operation processes of the Terminal Services department.
* Mop restrooms, biohazardous material, weather related messes, and material from restaurants and vendors such as grease spills.
* Spot clean all carpeted areas including walk-off mats, entryway vestibules, gate areas and jetways, all administrative areas and public access areas.
* Detail cleaning (windows, high dusting and other assignments).
* Dust horizontal surfaces, operation level areas, and machinery.
* Scrub.
* Vacuum carpeted, hard surface, and high/ hard to reach areas.
* Empty trash.
* Sanitize all public and non-public areas of the terminal.
* Remove biohazardous needle containment units.

* Monitor supplies and inventory within stockrooms inside and outside the terminal.
* Maintain levels of products used in the various areas of airport property and facilities.

* International Arrivals Building (IAB).

* Vehicle checkpoints on the ramp ('R' access training required to gain access).

* Perform hourly restroom inspections.
* Inspect all fixtures within the restrooms (toilets/ urinals and sinks).
* Refill paper products.
* Sanitize floor.
* Complete any other required upkeep.
* Use various equipment such as one man/ multi man scissor lift, drivable and push floor scrubbers/ sweepers, Kaivac cleaning system, portable pressure washers, and wet or dry carpet cleaners.
* Handle equipment, chemicals, and machinery properly.
* Maintain machinery by performing light repair and cleaning of equipment.
* Report any damaged fixtures or maintenance requests to the Terminal Services Supervisor, which may include:
* Water fixtures (faucets, drinking fountains, toilets and urinals, water heaters and cleaning solution station fixtures).
* Trash receptacles.
* Seating areas within the secure and non-secure areas in the terminal.
* Toilet tissue dispensers and paper towel dispensers.
* Machinery normally used by Terminal Services (i.e. Kaivac cleaning system, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners/extractors, vacuum cleaners, riding vacuum system (Chariot) and riding carpet cleaning extractor).
* Maintain accurate log sheets:
* Restroom sign-off
* Vehicle inspection
* Training documentation
* Setup for special events or meeting within the terminal. Requests may come from individuals within the IAA or outside companies/ organizations. Events include boardroom meetings, media events, events coordinated with outside contractors or volunteers, special internal events, and events involving the general public.
* Aid airport police and EMS with security matters such as securing suspicious items or unattended luggage, reporting suspicious situations or individuals to supervisor or police, and providing proper cleanup and disposal of biohazardous material.
* Obtain basic emergency resuscitation training such as CPR.
* Inform the general public on evacuation and safety procedures in the event of a fire, weather related emergency, or threat to the airport when necessary.
* Adhere to guidelines set by the IAA and Terminal Services Department to assure that passengers and employees are not harmed by general maintenance performed by the Specialist (i.e. wet floor signs, safety cones and redirecting passenger traffic).
* Escort outside contractors throughout the terminal for repair or product installation when necessary.
* Complete OSHA regulation training courses on proper cleaning processes, chemical usage, environmentally approved cleaning products, and proper disposal of biohazardous material.
* Clean and restock products in International FIS area twice daily.
* Work harmoniously with colleagues, supervisors, and other IAA employees.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Graduation from high school, completion of a GED, or vocational school is required. A combination of education and experience that provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position is preferred.
* Prior custodial work or office maintenance work preferred.
* Valid driver's license and demonstrated good driving record.

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Public Safety Officer/security personnel are responsible for (1) compliance with security access procedures at all assigned areas providing access to the secure area of the airport, (2) enforcement of TSA security regulations specifically related to 49CFR Part 1520,1540, 1542, and airport regulations along with (3) performing duties assigned by the Public Safety Officer Manager, Public Safety Officer Lead, or designee.
The Indianapolis International Airport is locally and nationally recognized for its sustained commitment to the highest level of customer service. The duties of these positions will include assisting and communicating with travelers and guests in circumstances that transcend traditional public safety roles and may be more focused on customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Maintain compliance with all site policies, procedures, and directives
* Assess alarms, investigate, and report suspicious activities and/or circumstances
* Assign or conduct Airport Workers Screening checks and Insider Threat patrols
* Identify safety and/or fire hazards and make recommendations for improvement
* Report degradation, deficiencies, and accidents in accordance with current procedures and take appropriate corrective actions as directed by IAA Public Safety Supervision
* Control access of personnel, vehicles and materials into perimeter roadway area and maintain appropriate log.
* Perform protected vital area and fire watch patrols
* Perform compensatory postings and escort duties as directed by regulations set forth by the TSA, and IAA Public Safety Supervision and in accordance with current procedures and directives.
* Respond to contingency events in accordance with appropriate procedures and as directed by IAA Public Safety Supervision according to the Airport Emergency Plan (security and weather).
* Participate in security drills, practical exercises and required training programs as directed
* Maintain periodic qualification of academic requirements including (Access authorization, Airport Emergency Plan, Airfield Operation Area driving certification, etc.)

GENERAL SUMMARY
Under supervision of the Security Systems Manager, the Security Systems Administrator will be responsible for the issuance of Airport Identification media. The Administrator will fingerprint applicants, process background investigations, manage badge inventories and produce required correspondence and reports to ensure compliance with Transportation Security Administration regulations. They will also track Security Violations and will assist other team members in the Badging Office with operation of the access control system and closed-circuit television system. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of 14 CFR Part 139 and 49 CFR Parts 1500, 1520, 1540, 1542, 1544
* Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of the physical access control system, closed-circuit television system, and key control database including the interpretation of information
* Prepare identification media, maintaining accurate records of all transactions
* Ensures valid government identification and correct application documents are submitted
* Assist with security audits and coordinate actions with the TSA, air carriers and tenants for compliance
* Conduct fingerprinting of identification media applicants, prepare identification media and maintain accurate records of all transactions
* Assist authorized personnel in quick retrieval of information maintained within the various security systems

POSITION PURPOSE
The Vehicle Maintenance Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for performing complex quality assurance observation and assessment of repair work performed in the Maintenance department. POSITION PURPOSE
The Coach Operator Trainee position is a limited-duration training position in which the incumbent is taught the knowledge and skills necessary to become an IndyGo Professional Coach Operator. After successful completion of the IndyGo Training Academy, an incumbent will know how to transport, safely and expediently, passengers throughout the Indianapolis Metropolitan area.

Learns and maintains a working knowledge of streets, current bus routes, and stops within the service area, as well as IndyGo's current fare structure and bus pass programs.
Learns to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in operating the transit bus. This includes learning how to assist individuals with disabilities with boarding and de-boarding, when requested, and safely securing wheelchairs and mobility devices in a courteous manner, announcing designated stops and other stops as requested, without question, and examining and testing all passenger accessibility equipment during pre-trip inspections.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Risk and Safety Specialist is responsible for the coordination of claim administration, health, risk, and safety disciplines for IndyGo. Core responsibilities include data entry for accidents, OSHA injuries, scheduling and reviewing video, and submitting claims to IndyGo's third-party administrator (TPA). The position also evaluates, monitors, and reports risk and safety performance and helps develop training procedures within the IndyGo training department. This position is responsible for administering safety standards and procedures for protecting employees' safety and health. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day administration of IndyGo's Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) and serving as a liaison with contractors and sub-recipients to meet Federal Transit Administration (FTA) compliance requirements. Reports and to monitor Commercial Driver's License (CDL) compliance and agency risk, and safety concerns or comments.

Assist with OSHA reporting.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess the following education and/or experience.
An associate's degree in either claim management, safety and industrial hygiene, or risk evaluation and mitigation or equivalent combination of relevant education, certification or professional experience is preferred.
Two (2) or more years of experience is required in risk and claims management and or safety programs.
One (1) or more years of experience working within a DOT, public transportation environment is preferred.
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B preferred.

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Airport Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and continuous operation of all equipment on airport property which is powered by electricity including but not limited to all airfield electrical and electronic systems, radios, loading bridges, baggage conveyor systems, HVAC systems, building electrical and electronic systems, security gates, and parking garage revenue systems, and Airport security systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Perform airfield lighting repairs at all 6 Airport Authority owned facilities.
* Conduct service, inspections, and repairs of all electrical systems. Test automatic transfer and emergency power systems.
* Troubleshoot, repair or replace electronic and electrical systems using schematics, blueprints, and electrical test equipment.
* Troubleshoot, repair or replace fiber optic systems.
* Conduct the preventive maintenance program for all electric , electrical mechanical, and HVAC equipment, including cleaning, adjusting, lubricating, monitoring or replacing parts.
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all electrical, electrical/mechanical, and control components of Airport baggage conveyor systems.
* Proficient in welding and metal working.
* Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, hydronic systems, pneumatic systems, building automation systems, virtual drives, and all associated components.
* Design, build and install new electronic and electrical systems that includes the installation of conduit, electrical wiring, data cable, fiber optics, and service panels.
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, electronic, and PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) control systems.
* Repair, replace and inspect the airfield lighting control system.
* Assist with the troubleshooting and repair of electrical, electrical mechanical, and HVAC systems associated with glycol recovery and its treatment.
* Calibrate all airfield lighting systems in accordance with FAA regulations.
* Report any unusual security situations to the Safety Department.
* Security systems responsibilities include the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Airport Access Control System including alarm doors, vehicles gate, CCTV system, audio visual system, and all associated components and their controls according to TSA regulations.
* Install, repair, and maintain VHF and UHF mobile radio units.
* Troubleshoot and repair Public Address System.
* On call from November through March for snow removal duties as required.
* Respond on 24-hour basis for emergency repairs to all Airport systems.
* Perform any other functions assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Graduation from high school, completion of a GED, or vocational school is required. A combination of education and experience that provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position is preferred.
* Two (2) years' experience in welding and metal working.
* Five (5) years of experience working with electrical and mechanical components.
* Prior experience in high voltage and electronics repair.
* Prior experience in maintaining and repairing electrical, electronic, and electrical/mechanical equipment.
* Successfully complete basic electricity courses.
* Successfully complete high voltage training program.
* Have knowledge of exterior and interior lighting systems, underground cable, transformers and emergency generators.
* Be able to read blueprints, schematics, and construct electrical and electronic systems consistent with the national electrical code.
* Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers.
* Ability to perform the physical and cognitive tasks outlined in the job description.
* Basic working knowledge of computer systems.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Vehicle Maintenance Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for performing complex quality assurance observation and assessment of repair work performed in the Maintenance department. The purpose of this role is to support the efficient performance of maintenance by the team, evaluate repair trends and inefficiencies and provide assessment for continuous improvement. Position is responsible for data collection and analysis; field assessments of bus repairs work orders; fact-finding; technical evaluation of assets, systems and processes; document/records review; reporting; and the promotion of process standardization, compliance and traceability. The QA Specialist further provides input and assessment results to management teams to support the safe and successful implementation and sustainability of quality programs.

Maintain a quality control program for work orders completed within the Maintenance department and develop various reports every month to monitor operational efficiency
Audit system files and work orders routinely to identify patterns of failure types and provide reports to manage for review and correction.
Summarize repair types and identify processes and part items that create high costs, inefficiencies and the most significant volume of repairs. Identify ways to reduce and improve preventative maintenance programs.
Analyze reports on mileage and consumables so the cost-effectiveness of individual vehicles can be tracked.
Analyze reactive vs. preventative repairs to identify opportunities to reduce reactive repairs and increase efficiency.
Audit and ensure all operating standards/ procedures are accurate and fully adhered to by all Maintenance employees and provide feedback to the management team.
Monitor repair process to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, document and report findings to management.
Develop a matrix to track quality improvement campaigns
Classify quality assurance/control documents so they are readily accessible
Develop and maintain a database for quality KPIs, prepare and report quality KPI metrics monthly for the entire department
Interface with mechanics and management team for their input regarding vehicle performance, repairs, and maintenance challenges.
Maintains knowledge of service and repair procedures for all vehicles and provides quality assurance checks on vehicle condition.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
Performs internal reviews and follow-up activities to evaluate compliance against standard operating procedures, administrative policies and applicable regulatory requirements such as: departmental/office Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), published internal reviews, etc.

The Manager of Vehicle Maintenance is responsible for leading the team of Vehicle Maintenance Supervisors and Mechanics to ensure rolling stock is available for service while controlling department workflow. This position also ensures that labor is assigned in accordance with the negotiated labor contract between IndyGo and its labor union and that total expenditure does not exceed the budget.
