Purpose of the job:
The HCM Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, design, implementation, rollout, maintenance, workflows, processes, communications, training, budgeting, and general management of the HCM system(s). This working manager role also will perform HCM configuration changes and obtain input/approvals from key stakeholders on setting priorities. As the internal system expert for HR, the Manager will obtain requirements from the Subject Matter Experts and will perform the research necessary to provide the HR teams with solutions and alternatives. The Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery of the HCM system, including the vendors associated with key aspects of the HCM system(s).
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Primary responsibilities are to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, to implement solutions and to coordinate & lead activities related to project work plans.
* Conduct systems needs analyses and make recommendations for improvements; to include recommendations following technology updates.
* Facilitates discussions between HR & subject matter experts, as it relates to system wide functionality, to review business needs, requirements, alternative solutions & process improvements. Thinks 'outside the box' for solutions when system limitations are experienced.
* Establish priorities for system changes, fixes, and upgrades.
* Supports clients through testing.
* Align technology and resources to maximize organizational objectives.
* Helps design system specifications and works with internal/ external technical resources to ensure that the HCM system is accessible, operational and fully functional.
* Lead core HR systems team & manage day to day operations of HR systems.
* Research and resolve user requests and issues in timely manner by setting expectations and following through to closure; to include cases where vendor support is requested.
* Updates and maintains configurations in the HCM system; to include integrations, HCM system security, system-wide defaults, department and location data, compensation administration data, performance management data.
* Lead HR systems governance committee, including trend analysis, project updates, gathering feedback, setting priorities.
* Manage vendor relationships, budget, contracts, performance, upgrades, RFPs.
* Designs HR special reports and dashboards by creating and modifying queries using the system's reporting utilities as requested. Consults with Subject Matter Experts with designing their own reports.
* Cross-training with the core HR systems team on system security, user access and other areas as determined.
* Serve as the primary correspondent for HR communications. To include coaching, developing and training HR teams as needs are identified and as system modifications warrant.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Education/Experience
* 5+ years' experience with various HCM system modules and functionality, including but not limited to HR, Compensation, Workflow, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting.
* 5 years of industry experience delivering HCM solutions. Workday experience strongly preferred.
* 5+ years in a leadership position that required interaction with all levels of management.
* Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation Grade
The purpose of the IE&A Planner/Scheduler role is to ensure non-emergency preventive and corrective maintenance work is appropriately planned and scheduled to ensure safe, efficient execution of asset maintenance in support of safe, compliant, and reliable plant operations. Accountabilities of the job:
Accountability 1: SHE Excellence
* Ensuring compliance with SHE (Safety, Health, Environmental) standards and expectations set through the INEOS Life Saving Rules and 20 Safety Principles. You'll set an example on SHE responsibilities with all teams you interact with.

* Produce job estimates for large jobs to assist in decisions within business guidelines.
* Procure parts, materials and equipment through the defined procurement workflow in a timely manner that meets the set job priority for scheduling (including expediting for emergency work).
* Interface with Purchasing and Stores to resolve issues and barriers that occur in the parts procurement process.
* Use the planning/scheduling tools in SAP.

Accountability 3: Scheduling
* Determine accurate requirements for and schedule all material (including common tools and erection equipment) and manpower for low priority work orders to achieve cost effective and timely maintenance work.
* Execute the process that plans and schedules the I&E asset maintenance work for a rolling 3-month window.
* Deliver an agreed 3-week fully engineered and resourced plan to optimize the use of resources and deliver a productive, cost effective and safe maintenance service to the Assets.
* Plan, pre-engineer and coordinate all maintenance work for the allocated discipline including ensuring all third party, Risk Assessments, Work packs, materials, tools/equipment and services, are available to deliver the maintenance plan.

* Develop and plan Outage scope and support centralized TAR team to deliver TAR work scope.

* Ensures that the preventive maintenance program is a living and evolving program that is updated and optimized at all times.

* Support and coach members of the Asset Support and Asset teams on the maintenance workflow process.

* Scope and estimate all requested INEOS and contractor work, challenging as necessary prior to work commencing. Progress work authorization via agreed processes and monitor execution to deliver a cost effective service.

After an individual applies and meets the minimum qualifications for the position, technical testing will be scheduled. Major Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the monitoring and operation of plant process equipment used in the manufacturing process. The Outside Operator evaluates the unit's operating status and performs troubleshooting of processes and equipment in order to maximize unit reliability and product quality. They document various operating parameters and maintain communication with others inside and outside of their department. The incumbent also monitors maintenance activities and performs minor maintenance. The Outside Operator must be aware of and follow all safety and security guidelines according to Company policy and in compliance with all applicable environmental, safety and government regulations. The Outside Operator role supports and is cross trained in three areas within the position: PZ, Acetic Acid, Utilities and Support Areas.
Responsibilities
The processor position is responsible for various duties associated with product manufacturing from raw material delivery to shipment of product that include the following:

Ethylene oxide (EO) is an important building block for the preparation of a wide variety of EO derivatives (EODs), including various surfactants, as well as a host of other chemical intermediates including Glycol Ethers, Polyethlene Glycols, Ethanolamines, and Alkyl Alkanolamines.
INEOS Oxide is one of the world's leading producers of Ethylene Oxide (EO) and Ethylene Oxide Derivatives (EODs). Purpose of the Job:
The unit inspector will execute required inspections accurately in compliance with inspection requirements, practices, guidelines and policies for continuous improvement in stationary equipment as assigned by the mechanical integrity inspector.
They are the primary field contact for their assigned area/ unit for both inspection and maintenance related activities and needs and reports back findings through reports to the RBI inspector for the purpose of determining remaining life, repair and replacement recommendations.
A key task will be the updating and maintenance of the piping circuit files to capture changes from projects. Identify new TML points for the circuits. These lead to the updating of the RBI system.
The Inspector utilizes inspection management systems, methodology, tools and programs to ensure ongoing reliability, cost effective maintenance, safe operations and continuous improvement in the stationary equipment.

INEOS Oxide is one of the world's leading producers of Ethylene Oxide (EO) and Ethylene Oxide Derivatives (EODs). We currently have a total EO and EOD capacity of 920 kta spread across five different production units throughout Europe and the US. These units have leading cost economics, due to economies of scale, state-of-the-art technology, strategic locations, etc. Our EO project in the US is targeting the fast-growing merchant EO market, building on our experience and leadership position in Europe.
Purpose of the Job:
The US SHE Manager strategically manages the Bayport and Plaquemine Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security departments and contributes to the Business and Plaquemine, LA site by developing, improving, and implementing SHE policies, procedures, and supporting programs. Oversite and budget management includes the following areas: Occupational Safety, Health/Medical, Industrial Hygiene, Facility Security Officer, Loss Prevention, Emergency Response, Contractor Safety Management, Community Relations, Environmental Management Systems (Air, Waste, Wastewater), and Incident Investigation Process, EO Rail Safety, and Site and Transportation Emergency Response. Business support includes Product Stewardship and EO Business Team.
The US SHE Manager will provide expertise, advice and strategic guidance regarding occupational safety, health and environmental matters. The employee is to deliver value added consultation and risk assessments assigned by the business to grow the EO portfolio.
The employee will lead a staff of engineers, specialists, supervisors, management, and third-party employees to execute the SHE business and operational plans.
The employee represents INEOS Oxide in the public arena and through various industry groups.
