Bijan Sanii has more than 20 years history as a technology industry executive. Before joining INETCO, Bijan was Executive Chair at UB Video, which developed one of the key enabling technologies for video over IP. He provided leadership and guidance that culminated in the acquisition of the company by Scientific-Atlanta (now a Cisco company). Prior to UB Video, Bijan joined Infowave Software in 1997. As General Manager of the Imaging Division, he successfully led a restructuring of the business and generated a record operating profit in 1998. He was later appointed Infowave’s Chief Operating Officer and CEO, driving Infowave’s IPO and strategic partnership agreements with Intel Corp, Compaq Computer Corporation, and other technology industry leaders. Bijan was born in London, U.K. and graduated with honors from the Polytechnic of Central London (now University of Westminster) with a B.A. in Economics. He currently sits on the board of Disternet, a digital media entertainment company based in Richmond, British Columbia. Bijan is also a charter member of the TiE Indus Entrepreneurs, and an active partner within BC Social Venture Partners.

Jon has more than 10 years of hands on corporate finance experience focused primarily in the technology sector. He is responsible for overseeing strategic corporate initiatives while ensuring financial strength and operational efficiency at INETCO. Prior to INETCO, Jon spent 12 years with PwC as a trusted business advisor to technology companies where he advised them on financial, operational and process improvements. He further provided clients with accounting advisory services, and executed financial and commercial due diligence on target companies. Before leaving public practice, Jon was a Director in the Transaction Services group at PwC where he helped clients assess and execute business transactions including mergers, acquisitions and sales. Jon also previously held the position of Senior Manager in the Assurance group at PwC where he worked mainly in the technology industry and advised companies regarding complex accounting and financial reporting matters, public company listing requirements, and corporate governance matters. Jon holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (Honours) from the University of British Columbia.
