Michael T. Sicoli is INAP's Chief Executive Officer. Mike joined INAP in October 2019 as President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining INAP, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of GTT Communications Inc., a publicly-traded provider of cloud networking services to multinational clients. From 2013 to 2015, he served as principal of MTS Advisors, LLC, a consulting and advisory services firm he founded. Additionally, Mike recently served as a director of Lumos Networks, a fiber-based bandwidth infrastructure and service provider in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from The University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Scott joined Astadia in 2016, bringing three decades of experience and noteworthy success as a leader in the technology space. Most recently, Scott was President and CEO of SeeWhy, a Massachusetts-based leader in real-time marketing and business intelligence solutions company acquired by SAP in 2015. Previously, Scott was President and CEO of Action Engine Corp. where he established the company’s mobile application platform as a leader in the market and led the company’s eventual sale to Mobui Corp. Scott received a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from The Max M. Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and his MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.

He joined DTI in 2007 when the company acquired Publishing Business Systems (PBS), where he served as vice president of Sales. Dan arrived at Publishing Business Systems via FirstLogic, a data-quality software company later acquired by Business Objects and SAP. During his eight years at FirstLogic, he served in variety of management roles, the last being vice president of Software Business Development.
