Enters charges at the time service is delivered. The Operations Technical Trainee Manager will be responsible for leading and managing team of operators to build quality products, drive continuous improvement plans and resolve personal and technical problems quickly. Responsibilities Manage daily work functions to ensure the achievement of daily business goals. Coordinate internal and external training, and coach/manage manufacturing operators to ensure that desired performance is achieved, and all operating standards are adhered to. Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility. Ensure training and development plans for employees to follow the company policy, maintain a high level of quality and safe working environment and follow ISO 9001 & 140001 standards. Produce server/rack products in accordance with the provided specifications including quality and quantity. Supervise daily work of all staff, assisting in problem solving to achieve daily/weekly KPIs including new product transfers and launches Monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product line Run Rates and First Pass Yield by identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions for immediate remedy utilizing: Lean manufacturing tools and Kaizen events. QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) and LPA (Layered Process Audit) programs. Conduct 5S - Maintain cleanliness and organizing of the manufacturing floor. Resolve technical issues ASAP when possible. Work with Manufacturing Engineering to improve and update MPIs, Tool, Fixtures, and overall process. Measure, track and improve OLE (Overall Labor Effectiveness). Work with MFG PM, Warehouse, PE/QE, and Facility for taking immediate steps to ensure optimal efficiency, remove obstacles, and eliminate unnecessary downtime to achieve production goals. Maintaining communication between employees and senior management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood and communicate with other shifts to ensure production handovers are effective. Review the performance of employees, recognize their contribution, and develop their career growth. Support opening & closing manufacturing buildings during start/end of shift. Be on time to set up work schedules & support work on weekends as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements B.S. / 4 Year college degree, engineering related degree preferred or associate's degree with 3 years relevant work experience. Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to work and understand engineering instructions and specs. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. What we are looking for: Traveling Mohs Technicians are instrumental to our success so, we're looking for someone dedicated to providing the best care possible with a big emphasis on empathy. As a Traveling Mohs Technician you would be instrumental in providing a variety of support functions that are critical in the lab such as processing, embedding, cutting and staining tissue specimens so a quality microscopic slide can be produced for diagnosis by the Mohs surgeon. The ideal candidate should be totally comfortable traveling between agreed upon clinics, demonstrating competency in all skills related to patient care … Bonus points if you are also great at making others smile! What you'll do: Maintain efficient patient flow, while supporting patient safety and satisfaction. Properly map and process specimens, freezing and sectioning specimens per CLIA regulations. Implement appropriate procedures for staining, tissue processing, embedding, and other assignments. Efficiently organize, file, log, and able to locate all slides/blocks; dispose of outdated slides/blocks as necessary per CAP/CLIA regulations. Ability to function independently and to interact well with doctor, patients and other team members Operates laboratory equipment according to equipment guidelines. Checks care areas for malfunctioning equipment and general maintenance problems on a regular basis. Reports findings to the appropriate person or arranges for repairs, as required. Ensures that blood/body fluids, biohazard materials, needle containers and potentially infectious waste are appropriately disposed of and removed from the laboratory areas, according to infection control guidelines. Provide general laboratory maintenance such as equipment maintenance as required, making reagents, daily cleaning, and filling fixative bottles. Orders, stocks, and maintains lab, special order items and supply storage areas using par levels of supplies, forms and equipment. Monitors expiration dates and takes action accordingly. Recognizes usage trends affecting unit supplies and makes recommendations for adjustments. Participates in staff meetings and workgroups by providing constructive input for practice improvements and solutions. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Education (not required): Have earned an associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution, or Have education and training equivalent to an associate's degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology that includes: At least 60 semester credit hours from an accredited institution that, at a minimum, include the following: 6 semester credit hours of chemistry 6 semester credit hours of biology 12 semester credit hours of chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory in any combination Qualifications/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to travel up to 90% of the time in agreed-upon clinical locations. One (1) year of prior experience as a Mohs Technician highly desired. MA certification from the AAMA, NCCT or RMA or state approved Medical Assisting Program (as required by state). Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
