Keeps supervisor and manager apprised of operational issues that need escalation to other areas of the business. * Evaluates sensitive liability issues via the customer service ticketing tool and root cause analysis to determine responsible party. Basic Qualifications (BQs) Education and Experience: HS/GED plus 4 years experience of customer service. Strong print knowledge. Experience with resolving customer escalations. Strong computer skills with knowledge of PC systems, technology platforms and web browsing. Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Experience: Prior custom print project experience. Project Management experience. Strong verbal and effective listening skills. Ability to adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
