THE ROLE: Solutions Architect, ServiceNow ITSM/CSM Job Summary: The Solutions Architect (SA) is responsible for leading a technical team through the deployment of a Contender Solutions project in ServiceNow. The SA works with the Project Manager (PM) and Business Transformation Consultant (BTC) to help guide the client to decisions that provide value for their business while adhering to industry and Contender best practices. Travel: This is a remote role for individuals residing in Central or Eastern Time Zones. Required travel will be 5%. Job Responsibilities: Understand and explain industry and ServiceNow best practices. Understand and explain Contender products and service offerings. Lead the implementation of delivery projects, including: Conducting demos and working sessions with the client Gathering requirements from the client Design solutions to maximum value while minimizing technical debt Refining Agile stories and tasks Assigning work to technical consultants Reviewing work of technical consultants Required Skills: Experience with the ITIL framework Ability to develop on the ServiceNow platform including configuration and customization Strong JavaScripting experience Strong interpersonal and communications skills Additional Desired Skills: Experience leading a team to develop and configure ServiceNow Experience explaining ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholders Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflow/Flow Designer, Table/Form creation, etc. Experience with Agile methodology (including story refinement, testing, and scrum) Working knowledge of how configuration management factors into the ITIL framework ServiceNow System Admin Certification ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience At least 7 years' experience as an administrator of ServiceNow platform Expert knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, preferred experience with implementing ***** ABOUT PRESIDIO Presidio is committed to hiring the most qualified candidates to join our amazing culture.
