Infinity Pharmaceuticals has strategic alliance agreements with Purdue Pharmaceutical Products L.P. and Mundipharma International Corporation Limited; an agreement with MedImmune, Inc. to develop and commercialize cancer drugs targeting Hsp90 and the hedgehog pathway; and a collaboration agreement with Novartis Institute for BioMedical Research, Inc. to discover, develop, and commercialize drugs targeting Bcl protein family members for the treatment of cancers.
