Matt Rocco is the President/CEO for Etech Global Services. Matt is a 34-year veteran of the call center / BPO industry. He has held key leadership positions within Dun & Bradstreet, The Berry Company (a subsidiary of Bell South), Etech, Inc. and Etech Global Services. In the past 34 years, he has spent time in every facet of call center operations and outsourcing processes. In 2003 he was part of an investment team that started Etech Global Services, a multinational outsourcing organization. From it’s humble beginnings in Nacogdoches, Texas Etech has grown to over 3,000 employees that provides world-class solutions to Fortune 500 companies from its locations in the US, India, and Jamaica. Matt has been President and CEO of Etech since 2013. Matt is an alumnus of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA where he lettered in both basketball and baseball serving as captain of the basketball team his senior year. His fondest memories are advancing to the NCAA D2 tournament in two of his four years. Matt graduated from Dickinson with a BA in Economics. He has also completed the Master Certificate program in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. In May of 2010, Matt was elected by the citizens of Nacogdoches, TX to serve on the Nacogdoches Independent School District Board of Trustees. During his 3 year term, Matt served as president and vice-president for the Board of Trustees. Matt is married to his college sweetheart, April. They have raised five children - Nick, Matthew, Jermaine, Jamaal, and Lexie. In December of 2016, Matt contracted a high mortality disease know as ARDS. He fell into a coma for over a month. His family was called to the hospital to say their “good-byes.” Despite all the medical and scientific evidence predicting Matt’s death, God chose to perform a miracle. Matt survived and leads Etech today.

David Kreiss
KM2 Solutions

The founder of KM² Solutions, Mr. David Kreiss has extensive background in credit, collections and customer care which has directed KM² to its current status as one of the fastest growing and technologically advanced companies in the Industry. From managing credit policy and collections as a senior officer of Citibank Bankcards, to developing a risk management practice and strategic business systems while operating one of the largest operating centers as Senior Vice President of American Express, Mr. Kreiss’ accomplishments are considerable. He has managed large operations for over 30 years. He is one of the pre-eminent call center builders, responsible for the development of 3 of the largest accounts receivable and customer care companies in the U.S. He grew Nationwide Credit, founded OSI and Convergent Resources Inc. and is the key architect and strategist in the creation and growth of KM². In addition, as majority shareholder in KM², Mr. Kreiss is engaged in all the daily business activities of the Company. No other CEO/Owner in the industry presents a comparable resume of accomplishments. This experience has assisted in the steering of KM² to ensure that quality performance is guaranteed.

John Pisa is a native of New Jersey and has been involved in telemarketing sales for over 35 years. His baptism into newspaper sales started in May of 1976 working as a telemarketer for Levis Sales. John quickly rose through the ranks and in the fall of 1976, he was awarded his first management position in Cranford NJ representing the Elizabeth Daily Journal. From 1976 to 1980, John oversaw a number of newspaper accounts in the tri-state area of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. In the fall of 1980, the company transferred John to St. Louis, Missouri to manage the call center for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. In 1982, John was promoted to vice president and for the next 7 years oversaw operations and nationwide expansion as the number 2 man in the organization. He helped take the company from a small regional telemarketing company to the newspaper industry's largest outsourced provider of subscription sales. In 1989, John founded The Pisa Group. The company started with one newspaper account and 7 part time telemarketers. Today, The Pisa Group employs over 400 inbound call center representatives and telemarketers in 7 call centers, while representing over 100 newspapers nationwide.
