Position Overview
Infinity is proud to provide challenging full-time internship opportunities to Active-Duty Military Personnel each year allowing early career professional development and growth through:

Gain valuable career experience as a member of a satellite and/or mission system development or operations team. Internship opportunities exist on the multiple current Infinity aerospace programs which may include the following:
Global Positioning System (GPS) IIIF Space Segment Development
GPS On-Orbit Operations Support
GPS Engineering, Analysis & Remote Site Sustainment (GEARSS)
Transitional Approach for Protected MILSATCOM (TAPM)

Internships typically run for 12 weeks. Extended internships will be considered based on company need and candidate availability.
Primary Responsibilities
Use Digital Engineering tools for technical baseline management; define and allocate design and test requirements for the GPS satellite payloads.
Conduct engineering analyses to solve complex design, performance, and integration challenges for the satellite and/or mission systems.
Support architecture definition and performance modeling for satellite and/or mission systems including evaluation of primary and secondary mission aspects.
Support satellite and/or mission system test and evaluation activities before, during and after system integration (subject to change based on program phase)
Contribute to satellite engineering digital transformation initiatives including tasks in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) modeling and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) research and development projects.
Support and contribute to technical interface discussions for satellite and/or mission systems including interacting with Government or supplier representatives.
Practice aerospace industry-relevant technical writing and experience systems engineering processes in a real-world business environment.
Attend meetings, prepare briefing charts, present topics of interest, and respond to action items as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think critically to solve difficult problems and to learn to use new digital tools and engineering methods.
Ability to collaborate positively in a team environment with people of different levels of experience and education and virtually in geographically disperse locations.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Education/Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of years of experience and education.

Position Overview
The Finance Assistant supports the Finance department with transactional and administrative tasks related to billing, invoicing, revenue reporting, and government contract modifications. This role requires accuracy in financial records and familiarity with DoD or federal contracting environments. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented mindset and professionalism aligned with defense industry standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Process and manage government contract billing and invoicing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FAR/DFARS guidelines
Prepare revenue reports and financial documentation for internal stakeholders and government reporting as required
Maintain organized records of contract modifications (e.g., CLINs, POP changes), ensuring alignment with financial systems and audit standards
Support AR by tracking outstanding balances and managing follow-up in accordance with federal payment schedules (e.g., Net 30)
Collaborate with Contracts, Program Management, and other departments to verify data accuracy related to DoD projects
Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and monthly closeout procedures in Unanet GovCon or comparable ERP systems
Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentation and responding to data requests
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold government compliance protocols
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative role, preferably in a government contracting (GovCon) environment
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, WAWF, and other federal billing/reporting systems
Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes within a government contracting environment
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with demonstrated accuracy in high-volume data entry
Experience with financial ERP systems (Unanet, Deltek Costpoint, etc.)
Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and navigate financial systems, tools, and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across finance, contracts, and program teams
U.S. Citizenship required (due to government contracting requirements)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting finance functions in a DoD, federal agency, or cleared contractor setting
Working knowledge of Unanet GovCon, Costpoint, or other government accounting software
Familiarity with indirect rates, timekeeping compliance, and labor category tracking

Position Overview
Infinity is seeking Systems Engineering support for the Timber MILSATCOM contract. This systems engineering position will have a focus on System Integration and Test and will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development, deployment, and functionality of this MILSATCOM system. This position involves the design, execution, and analysis of integration and test activities to validate system performance against requirements, meeting overall program milestones while moving through Ground Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T). This position requires an understanding of systems engineering principles and practices. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration challenges and propose effective solutions to resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle. Ultimately, this Systems Engineer will contribute to the advancement of MILSATCOM technology.
Primary Responsibilities
The Junior Systems Engineer will will play a critical role in supporting overall system development. The engineer will support AI&T tasks such as:
Offer innovative thinking to design new ground-breaking technology in the areas of program digital engineering and digital threads.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on system architecture.
Coordinate Ground requirements verification and sell-off plan using an Agile, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) approach.
Seamlessly integrate digital engineering artifacts via Cameo modeling to provide a comprehensive view of the Ground's technical and programmatic details.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have 1-3 years of relevant Systems Engineering, a degree in the engineering field will be considered.
Self-motivated with an ability to collaborate positively in a team environment with people of different levels of experience and education and virtually in geographically dispersed locations.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires work in a SCIF.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
Systems Engineering experience focused on requirements lifecycle, including integration and test methodologies.
Experience creating Test Plans and Procedures.
Experience with Systems Engineering in an Agile Development (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) environment.
Experience with toolsets such as Cameo Systems Modeler and DOORS.
Experience with creating executable MBSE models that integrate with analytical tools.
Experience with common scripting languages (Apache Groovy, JavaScript, Python, C++, MATLAB, etc.).
Ability to think critically to solve difficult problems and to learn to use new digital tools and engineering methods.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.

Position Overview
The Finance Assistant supports the Finance department with transactional and administrative tasks related to billing, invoicing, revenue reporting, and government contract modifications. This role requires accuracy in financial records and familiarity with DoD or federal contracting environments. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented mindset and professionalism aligned with defense industry standards.
Primary Responsibilities
* Process and manage government contract billing and invoicing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FAR/DFARS guidelines
* Prepare revenue reports and financial documentation for internal stakeholders and government reporting as required
* Maintain organized records of contract modifications (e.g., CLINs, POP changes), ensuring alignment with financial systems and audit standards
* Support AR by tracking outstanding balances and managing follow-up in accordance with federal payment schedules (e.g., Net 30)
* Collaborate with Contracts, Program Management, and other departments to verify data accuracy related to DoD projects
* Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and monthly closeout procedures in Unanet GovCon or comparable ERP systems
* Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentation and responding to data requests
* Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold government compliance protocols
Minimum Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative role, preferably in a government contracting (GovCon) environment
* Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, WAWF, and other federal billing/reporting systems
* Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes within a government contracting environment
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with demonstrated accuracy in high-volume data entry
* Experience with financial ERP systems (Unanet, Deltek Costpoint, etc.)
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and navigate financial systems, tools, and processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across finance, contracts, and program teams
* U.S. Citizenship required (due to government contracting requirements)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting finance functions in a DoD, federal agency, or cleared contractor setting
* Working knowledge of Unanet GovCon, Costpoint, or other government accounting software
* Familiarity with indirect rates, timekeeping compliance, and labor category tracking
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
