As President and CEO of Infogain, my team and I help customers design and engineer software for successful business outcomes. We focus on customer-facing technologies, processes and applications in Retail, Hi-Tech, Insurance, Travel & Hospitality and Healthcare & Life Sciences industries. We are a 4,000+ strong global technology consulting business.As an enthusiastic business leader, I am passionate in helping companies achieve their full business potential employing technologies. I enjoy mentoring tech startups and sharing my experiences and knowledge on technology and creating business value. During my career, I have held leadership positions with leading global organizations in the United States and Asia, including CEO and Managing Director of Blue Star Infotech Ltd (BSIL), where I grew the business aggressively over four years and then successfully merged the company’s IT business with Infogain. I have also held leadership positions as a partner for Accenture in the San Jose, California and at IBM Singapore, where I worked to grow the business in the financial services industry across the Asian countries. I have also been head of Strategic Accounts for Tech Mahindra in the Bay Area.I earned my MBA in finance from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research and a BA in accounting and finance from the University of Mumbai, as well as a Certification in the Executive Programme at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. I am currently a charter member of TiE in Silicon Valley, a golf enthusiast, and an avid reader.

Ayan Mukerji is a Global Head:Product ENG at WIPRO and President and Chief Operating Officer at Infogain and is based in Los Gatos, California. He has worked as Board Member at Zinnov, President at Zinnov, and CEO:Media & Telecom at WIPRO. Ayan studied at IIT Kharagpur between 1981 and 1985 and IIM Calcutta between 1985 and 1987.

Kulesh Bansal is a Chief Financial Officer at Infogain and is based in Noida/Bangalore. He has worked as CFO - GLobal Infrastructure Services at WIPRO, Finance in Charge - Asia Pacific at Tech Mahindra, and Finance Manager - Australia and NewZealand at Tech Mahindra. Kulesh works or has worked as Mgr:Finance & Commercial at Mahindra Satyam. He attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Nishith leads Infogain’s recently acquired business specializing in Travel/Hospitality and Hi-Tech. He has extensive experience in IT landscape transformations, systems integration, automation, technology package implementations and upgrade/support. His other expertise areas include business consulting and business process reengineering. Prior to Infogain, Nishith was Chief Operating Officer for Blue Star Infotech. In previous roles he was a Partner at IBM in Silicon Valley, a Partner at Accenture and also the leader of the Hi-Tech business for Mahindra Satyam (now TechM). Since 2011 Nishith is also a part-time lecturer at The University of California, Davis leading a course on Organization Change Management in the MBA program. Nishith received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a B.Tech Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Rajiv is a young, dynamic and a fast tracker HR and OD thought Leader who believes in “Self” being the “Instrument of Change”. Having worked with Hi-Tech Industry throughout in his career, he has played a key role in the transformational journey of some of these companies. Rajiv is inspired with “Employee First” concept and finds it to be the key driver towards catering to the expectations of “Customers” and “Shareholders”.Rajiv has played important role in evolving the culture of the organisations through cultural dig initiatives to define the core values as behaviours for realising the vision of the organisation. Rajiv has managed multiple M&As and Rebadging assignments for three of the different organisations he has served as HR Head. Cultural integration, Great Place to Work with journey, high performance culture, leadership development and hiring, and HR maturity are some of the key strategic priorities which have been successfully led and delivered by Rajiv in multiple organisations. He has been a key advocate for employees and their experiences, desires and aspirations. In his current role, Rajiv heads the Global HR organisation as CHRO for Infogain with geographical presence in US, India, UK, Poland, Singapore and Middle East. Chrys Capital backed Infogain is a fast-growing mid-sized IT Engineering organisation which is headquartered in Los Gatos, California.Prior to Infogain, Rajiv served Dassault Systèmes (R&D and Services Entities in India) and GlobalLogic as HR Head for India and also played Global OD role in GlobalLogic. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Rajiv held management positions in companies like HCL, and Interglobe Technologies (IGT). Awards and Accolades: - Fast Tracker: Rajiv is a fast tracker, who has been the youngest Country/Region/Global HR Head in three different companies he has worked with (i.e. GlobalLogic, Dassault Systèmes and Infogain)- Rajiv has the credit of receiving GlobalLogic's Best of the Best "CEO Awards"for two consecutive years (i.e.2013 & 2014) for his exemplary performance & contribution in business success.- Rajiv has also won the “Young HR Professional of the Year2014” award at the 5th Asia’s Best Employer Brands Awards in SingaporeSocial Affiliations: Rajiv serves as Board of Trustee with "Pauri Garhwal Trust" which focuses on development of underprivileged people in Uttarakhand State in India.
