Coworkers and the ability to collaborate. I was also allowed the independence to maximize my strengths/abilities without interference.

Cons of working at Infogroup

New upper management folks are unfamiliar with the industry, Company is trending towards a solution that is largely tech-based, which is fine, but they are straying away from the people that made them unique in their space.
