Pros of working at Informatica

Work culture and job and also people are great. We are in good market of cloud and big data. Management team is pretty good and open for all employees.

Cons of working at Informatica

Sometimes salaries are low compared to market. We could better in paying to employees since we don't have public RSUs , we have to do something to retain employees
