Ansa Sekharan, executive vice president and Chief Customer Success Officer, leads Informatica's Global Customer Support and Informatica University, where he is responsible for establishing Informatica as a trusted partner for customers worldwide by ensuring their success with Informatica's products. Additionally, Ansa leads Informatica’s Education Services division, with a focus on role-based training programs to ensure the organization gets the most out of investment in Informatica products. Ansa was an early employee at Informatica starting in 1996. During his tenure, Informatica has received prestigious industry awards recognizing its support services, including being ranked number one in customer loyalty in the data integration enterprise software sector for 11 years in a row. Prior to joining Informatica, Ansa was a veteran of Sybase, where he held numerous customer services roles. He graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa, where he earned a master's degree in Computer Science. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The National Institute of Technology, India.

Eric is an experienced public company CFO with proven operational skills. Industry experiences include a range of enterprise technology areas including: security, business intelligence, collaboration and consumer products / video gaming.

Eric is a technology enthusiast and has worked as an enterprise technology company co-founder / prior to serving as a public company CFO for the last 15 years.

Eric has served on several public company boards (IGT and Verity) and is currently on the Board of Directors for Electronics for Imaging (EFII).

Jitesh S. Ghai, is senior vice president and general manager for Informatica’s overall data management portfolio including Data Integration, iPaaS, Data Quality and Governance, Data Privacy, and Metadata Management offerings. He is responsible for the portfolio vision, cross-functional strategy, and roadmap. Previously, Jitesh led Informatica’s strategy and operations group where he was responsible for the overall definition and governance of Informatica’s multi-year organic and in-organic portfolio strategy.

Jitesh began his career at Informatica as vice president of product management for the real-time product lines, defining the overall vision and strategy, as well as for the product lines supporting operational data integration, big data and IoT use cases. Prior to Informatica, Jitesh served in a variety of engineering, sales, and management roles at 29West, Solace, and Cisco.

Jitesh holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honors in Electrical Engineering from University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
