An Informatica Developer, also referred to as an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) developer, is an IT specialist who uses specific Informatica software to create and manage data storage systems. Their main objective is to make high volumes of data easily accessible and ensure that it is being stored properly. An Informatica developer is expected to regularly test databases as new information is added and resolve any associated issues.

Informatica developers work with a wide range of stakeholders to determine their data needs and provide the necessary solutions. Senior managers may need their insights and recommendations to make important decisions that benefit the company and clients.
