Apply for an Information Services O365 Architect role with IU Health! The hours will be M-F approx 8-5pm and will be a hybrid role with weekly remote and onsite requirements in Indianapolis. This role will be part of the IS Networking department within the Productivity Management team!

The Office 365 Service Architect is primarily responsible for working alongside other O365 architects to define mid-long-term strategy with respect to the platform, develop/enhance services, and to work with the security and compliance organizations to implement appropriate governance and security controls.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to provide technical leadership for the O365 team at IU Health. Articulating complex technical topics and creating presentations for executive leadership. Creation of service design, architectural requirements, and testing documentation, end-to-end service management. Collaboration with other IT-related stakeholders on various planning efforts and assisting project managers with network builds and resourcing estimates for large implementations. Running proof-of-concept testing for new platforms and capabilities
Preferences

* Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention concepts and tactical implementation experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Information Protection capabilities and tactical implementation experience (labeling, encryption, watermarking)
* Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments
* Experience working in large enterprise environments (10K+ users)
* Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, and platform governance experience (ALM)

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Informatics, or similar
* Expertise in automating tasks with PowerShell
* Strong practical work experience with REST-based APIs and the Microsoft Graph
* Strong working knowledge Azure Active Directory and O365 tenant security best practices
* 8+ years working with Office 365

Information Architect / Data Interaction Designer

We are looking for a seasoned Information Architect / Data Visualization aficionado to join our product team. We are part of an upstart digital division of a well-established international organization, focused on revolutionizing how we do business. Everything we're building is brand new but based on years of expertise in our industry.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Director of Product Design, Product Managers, I/O Psychologists and Engineering to define and execute the information architecture for several products/tools that are part of one cohesive platform. You will help design applications that allow users to explore, understand, and interact with critical information. In other words, your primary charge will be to make the complex and the abstract feel effortless, informative, and actionable for our users. You will also act as a liaison and evangelist for the information architecture, ensuring that our products maintain a consistent semantic and visual language.

You, as a prospect, ideally would have several years of experience helping to simplify complex and abstract concepts, standardizing a semantic language across multiple sets of stakeholders and evangelizing a consistent approach to presenting the information. You are the type of person who finds the nuances of user interpretation and user interaction fascinating and never ending. While having visual design skills isn't specifically required, you would at least have experience and a desire to work with internal and external designers to help execute and standardize on a matching visual semantic language and pattern.

The top priority of this role is to help establish and maintain a flexible, consistent, and intuitive way for our clients to navigate our tools by prioritizing actionable intelligence and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities
Understand our users, our clients and our scientific approach to leadership analysis and planning.Help develop effortless ways for our clients to interact with and digest our data.Prioritize helping users easily find the right information to act on.Drive and define an overarching end-to-end information architecture, vision, and strategy to streamline user comprehension.Establish, evolve and evangelize information models, taxonomies, conditional states, metadata models and classification schemas.Define and evangelize standards to help developers deliver consistency across the platform.Work closely with product and engineering to ensure alignment with information models and standards.Help identify and select technologies for information storage, discovery, and presentation by working with design, engineering, and business partners to help them understand long term plans and needs.Communicate and evangelize information architectures with engineering team and business partners.

Requirements
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience focused on information architecture, data visualization/interaction and information design.Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Psychology, Illustration, Content Management, or relevant disciplines.Experience developing information architecture, taxonomy and data interaction.Experience working with stakeholders to build consensus on information models and definitions.Experience documenting data needs, structure and delivery for development teams.Exhibit exceptional communication skills that include, but are not limited to evangelization, standard publication, and solution architecture.

Nice to Haves
Experience in technical writing, web design, or UX/Interaction design.Experience doing UX research and/or doing user interviews users.Experience in or some level of understanding of HTML, JavaScript and front-end platforms such as React.Experience or familiarity with frontend and data visualization frameworks.Experience with Confluence and Confluence plugins.Experience with Figma and Miro.Experience with internationalization and localization.
