Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,900 - $184,920. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

About the job
This position supports the GTM Solutions Sales team. As a Solution Acceleration Architect, you will accelerate adoption of new solutions and platform capabilities with our top global customers. You will run build workshops, develop early‑adoption playbooks, and support customers from demo to POC to MVP in a production environment. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Demo Platform Engineering, Professional Services, and SI Partner teams to define adoption blueprints ahead of launch and graduation of new solutions.
You will lead the “build‑with” programs for Global Direct accounts, including activation events, build hackathons, and workshops that drive builder activation, adoption, and value realization of our new solutions and capabilities.
Responsibilities
Drive B2B builder activation events and hackathons at flagship or target Direct accounts to accelerate adoption of new solutions.
Define and refine the adoption blueprint by partnering closely with Enterprise Architects, Demo Platform Engineering, Professional Services, and SI Partners on demos, repos, starter apps, sample code, and companion technical guides that capture the mindshare of builders within target accounts and the broader B2B builder community.
Drive adoption of the next‑best solution and platform capabilities for customers.
Evangelize Twilio within the B2B builder communities of the target accounts by building new POCs and demos that bring to life architectures discussed at the C‑suite and line‑of‑business levels in the sales cycles.
Accelerate customer adoption in paid pilots for new platform capabilities and/or POCs for new solutions at launch.
Utilize your software engineering expertise to ensure customers' builder teams develop a full understanding of the platform capabilities of the solutions being pitched or sold.
Work closely with Demo Platform Engineering and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure C‑suite positioning and higher‑level reference architectures are properly activated within the builder communities of the target accounts.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web frameworks.
Demonstrated experience running end‑to‑end technical program management, working closely with GTM.
Proven track record of building custom demos, workshops, and other content to launch new products or solutions.
Strong communication skills and executive presence, whether in board rooms with C‑level stakeholders, customer meetings, or internal meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Ability to have strong opinions, remain flexible, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
Strong understanding of Twilio's products and services, and the broader market dynamics of SaaS, specifically in cloud computing, Gen AI, CRM, CDP, and/or CPaaS.
Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and work collaboratively.
Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of thinking outside the box and delivering on “wow.”
Prior technical presales and/or solution engineering experience strongly preferred.
Master's degree is a plus but not required.
Location
This role will be remote and based in the United States.
We anticipate approximately 10% travel to connect in person in meaningful ways.

Compensation
This role is open to candidates outside of specific restricted states. Compensation ranges vary by location:
Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont: $138,700 - $173,400
Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside SF Bay Area): $146,800 - $183,600
New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay Area, California: $163,100 - $203,900
Equity and benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave.
