Responsibilities
You will be part of a squad who are the front office IT support, providing detailed technical analysis and resolving production incidents coming from a wide range of trading systems You will be responsible for technical specifications and analysis, designing of solutions that fixes or enhances IT applications in the Energy Trading landscape Your main responsibility is to ensure the smooth technical operation of the ETRM and other trading system under your team's scope of support.
