About the Role
Under the direction of the Director, Due Diligence, this position is responsible for conducting accurate, timely, and compliant research of public records across local, state, federal, and international jurisdictions. The analyst ensures data integrity while adhering to applicable legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive electronic public records research, including but not limited to:
Criminal and civil court records
Judgments, liens, and bankruptcy records
Property, deed, and tax records
Corporate filings and business registrations
Other jurisdiction-specific public records as required
Review and prepare legal documents
Navigate online databases, court portals, and in-person or third-party record sources to obtain accurate information.
Verify subject identity and resolve discrepancies such as common names, aliases, or incomplete data.
Analyze findings for relevance, accuracy, and reportability in accordance with client scope and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare clear, concise, and well-documented reports summarizing research results.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and personally identifiable information (PII).
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FCRA, GDPR where applicable, state and international privacy laws).
Meet productivity and turnaround time expectations while maintaining high quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED required; a college degree in a related field is preferred
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in public records research, background investigations, legal research, or related field preferred
Licenses: Valid driver's license, insurance with access to reliable transportation
Background Screening: Ability to pass INA's pre-employment background check, including drug screening and criminal history evaluation
Physical Requirements:

DC Support Supervisors are primarily responsible to fill vacant supervisor positions at Distribution Centers and Service Centers through the ABF system, as assigned by the Manager of Relief Supervision. The DC Support Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring all DC and service center operations are performed according to Company procedures, standards, and specifications during shift coverage. When joining our Management Training Program, you will join the company as an Operations Supervisor. The program is a 20-week program and you will be trained on every aspect of our company and industry from a service center perspective. You will be working at one of our 240 nationwide Service Centers. Willingness to relocate is key to this program. Your training is centered around learning the role of front-line operational supervisors and gain new insight into safety, maintenance and transportation procedures. This orientation enables you to observe supervisors during the operational shifts (inbound, outbound, city and DC) of an ABF Freight Service Center. You will also have a glimpse into Sales by spending time with ArcBest Account Managers. By accompanying account managers on client presentations, you will learn the dynamics of proactively managing ArcBest accounts. After training, you will be placed in one of our more than 240 facilities across the continental United States as an Operations Supervisor. Those in our top management positions all paved their way by developing and strengthening their own abilities throughout their ArcBest and ABF Freight careers.
Responsibilities
* Provide a clean, safe working environment for all personnel and visiting customers.
* Coordinate work assignments and monitor performances.
* Provide training, performance feedback, and disciplinary recommendations, as needed.
* Assign job tasks to workers according to unloading and loading schedules.
* Plan, supervise, and control available resources associated with the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.
* Maintain appropriate load plan and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.

The Prep Cook is responsible for ensuring food quality, use ACW specifications at all times, and to ensure that the food matches the presentation provided in the specifications.
The Prep Cook will assist in the butchering of meats and fish and assist with the daily operations of the kitchen.
Ensures that all food preparations and presentations meet ACW specifications and quality standards.
