Experience in developing Requests for Proposals for IT system contracts with the State of Ohio. Must have experience with RFP oversight at OPDH. Must have experience with creating RFPs for ODH along with each of the required sections in the RFP. Must have knowledge of ODH departments and how to collect RFP requirements from the affected users.
