• Possession of and the ability to maintain a minimum of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance
• Demonstrated, recent, and relevant experience working with senior government managers of IA issues

Education/Experience:

• 10+ years' progressive experience as an Information Assurance Technician/Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics is preferred, but experience may be substituted for degree
• Certified IAM III and/or IAT III, with recent and relevant DoD experience in IA preferred

Business Information Security Officers are at the heart of Humana's Information Security program transformation. Business Information Security Officers, embed with Business segments and help drive Humana's security strategy by understanding the strategic needs of their business segment. They also provide in depth decisions support and risk guidance for the segment leadership. The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) is expected to understand Retail strategy, operations, and goals. Finally, the Business Information Security Officer is the single point of responsibility for Retail's security needs. Role Description
Work collaboratively with Business areas, Risk leaders, IT, and Enterprise Information Protection to improve our security posture.Leads development of a segment specific security strategy and model.Leads risk assessment and threat assessment for their segment.Leads all external and internal cyber risk, threat, and security assessments for their aligned segment.Works across all areas of security to ensure a cohesive security model from a technical and process perspective.Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure the success of their segment's security program.Works with the security and IT to define, prioritize, and manage projects that align with the overarching security strategy.Responsible for security program compliance of their aligned segment.Drives awareness and education of cybersecurity issues for segment leaders and associates tailored to their segment's processes and business model.Lead and consult with segment and IT leaders on ad hoc requests/special projects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.10 or more years of technical cyber security experience.2 - 5 years of project/people leadership.Experience integrating Security Policies, virtual access and controls.Experience integrating Cyber Security technologies with existing technologies Skilled at identifying and assessing security risks and exposures. Determines the causes of security violations and suggests procedures to halt future incidents and improve security.Strong ability to assess urgency and prioritization and make good decisions based upon situational circumstances.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.Analytical and problem solving skills.Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Certifications: CISA, CISSP, HCISPP, CCSP, and/or CISM

The BISO/ISO (Business Information Security Officer) team has historically been tailored to the local business to address bottlenecks or failings in security processes, leaving inconsistencies in duties, expertise and resource allocation. This led to the expansion of the team to support various Security COE functions. The Business Security function will streamline its operating model to focus on Business/Client Assurance and Security Risk & Compliance management activities. While Security COE staff will be allocated to support the BU/Countries the staff will report directly into a functional Sec COE manager.

The Business Security team has a global presence, and is forward-deployed to the many places where Equifax does business, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Oceania. Four Vice Presidents, each with the title of Business Information Security Officer, head up the teams comprising Business Security. Each of the four teams is aligned with one of Equifax's business units: US Information Services (USIS), Workforce Solutions (EWS), and in the international space with Europe (EU), Canada, Latin America (Latam) & (AZ) Australia, New Zealand and India. These Business Information Security Officers and their associated teams ultimately report to the SVP of Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Business Security.
Each team serves as an intermediary among:
Their respective business unit - advising on risk management, helping to achieve business goals.Their business unit's technology team - serving as the dedicated security counterpart to the Group CIO.Their business unit's clients (aka customers) - providing assurance to third-party risk assessors who are reviewing Equifax.Global Security COE - overseeing risk management and security service delivery for their respective business unit."Downward" - leveraging COE-provided tools, standards, processes, and resources to drive business unit-specific security outcomes."Upward" - providing visibility and reporting, driving security service consumption and accountability to achieve Global Security's strategic goals.

What you'll do

What experience you need
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a security practitioner.Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams.Minimum of 1 year working directly with Business leaders.
