Oversee project delivery excellence, ensure adherence to engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement across distributed teams. Qualifications Proven success as a consulting leader or director driving modern cloud and software engineering initiatives. Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure, including PaaS services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Azure Machine Learning. Strong understanding of AI Engineering principles-data preparation, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, model fine-tuning, and agentic orchestration. Mastery of software architecture patterns including event-driven, microservices, domain-driven design (DDD), and API-first.
