About the opportunity

Provide engineering leadership for project build and implementation. Coordinate across multiple engineering, application, and business teams as needed. Designing and deploying enterprise-wide, complex infrastructure solutions. Stay up-to-date of industry best practices and champion a spirit around innovation. Provide input to project plans, resource plans, training, test plans, and migration plans. Ensure that business requirements are delivered by implemented solutions. Ensure delivery to project scope, budget, risks and timelines. Build productive internal/external working relationships. Interact with VPs, directors and business leads in groups, 1:1 and through email. Identify critical path and interdependencies that could pose risks to the projects. Works well under pressure, be sensitive to deadlines, can interact in a team environment, can adapt quickly to change, deep attention to details and possess excellent customer service skill.

We are looking for a professional who has:
Extensive experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems in multi- domain environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, USMT, image build tools.Advanced proficiency with Powershell scripting, automation Advanced proficiency with Active Directory management, design, best practices, domain migrations.Requires strong technical expertise across three or more infrastructure technology areas, ie. Firewall, routing, DNS, AWS, Certificate Services.Requires analytical ability, strong judgment, problem solving skills, and effective human relations skills to work cross functionally across the Enterprise with staff and all levels of management in various disciplines.Strong listening and collaboration skills; must work effectively with engineers in other domains such as servers, operating systems and storage.Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.Ability to function in a complex environment through multi-tasking and establishing and communicating priorities.Strong interpersonal and communications skills; capable of writing proposals or papers, acting as a vendor liaison, making presentations to customers or client audiences or professional peers, and working closely with upper management, acquired company personnel and outsourced service provider.

Here's the Gist:
The IT Manufacturing Systems Engineer will be responsible for Testing, Deploying, and Supporting Equipment Integration hardware and software solutions to new and existing tools in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
The Day-to-Day:
Perform semiconductor equipment SECS/GEM communication and process scenario characterization Work with Process, Equipment, and AMHS Engineering teams to test Equipment Integration software and manufacturing scenarios for new and existing equipment Deploy Equipment Integration software and hardware to new and existing tools Provide operational support for Equipment Integration software and hardware in a production 24x7 environment Coordinate and monitor equipment and Equipment Integration service installation with Facilities and Equipment Engineering teams Maintain status of Equipment Integration development and deployment in project tracking software

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. (If you have an Associates degree, relevant on job work experience will be considered to qualify) Red Hat Enterprise Linux (REL 7 or 8) and/or Microsoft Server OS administration and support Windows based computer hardware, software troubleshooting and support experience On-call after hours for emergency support (if needed) on the production line.You love a challenge. Responsibilities

Responsible for management of the certification and accreditation of computer networks and standalone information systems using government standards. Maintain responsibility for media control, virus scanning, hardware and software control, and computer security briefings. Support all disciplines within the security program and ensure business needs are met. Work with the system administrator to ensure all systems security procedures are being followed and audit files are being maintained and reviewed in accordance with multiple client requirements. Interact with internal and external customers or government security officials to perform security duties, address routine information security matters with employees regarding issues, report preparation and system security access briefings, etc. Make sound decisions and manage all aspects of information systems security as it applies to the DOD community (NISPOM, IFSO Manual, NISPOM Technical Baseline, DOD 8570M) Conduct risk assessments on hardware intended for use by a program to determine the proper Protection Level for the IS, and identify any vulnerabilities that would need mitigation. Prepares and implements Information System Security Plans, Protection Profiles, etc., working closely with local DSS, ODAA, and other government approval authorities to achieve system accreditation and maintain compliance for all collateral classified information systems. Responsible for regular AIS audits to ensure accredited systems are being operated securely and computer security policies and procedures are implemented as defined in security plans. Ensures that personnel are trained on the IS's prescribed security restrictions and safeguards before they are initially allowed to access a system. Ensures the implementation of site procedures for marking, handling, controlling, removing, transporting, sanitizing, reusing, and destroying media/equipment containing classified information.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Years of experience with a BS: 8-10, MS: 6-8, PhD: 3-5
• 8-10 years of related experience in INFOSEC administration.
• In-depth experience with Government procedures and policies, including Operations Security requirements and preparation of deliverable documentation
• 3 years of experience generating Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages, including supporting Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 compliance.
• 3 years of experience providing Cybersecurity (IT security) support with IT hardware, software, networks/security system, or management services with IT hardware, software, networks/security system.
• 3 years of experience with applying DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIGs) and Security Recommendation Guides (SRG).
• 2 years of experience utilizing the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) tool to analyze computer asset vulnerabilities.

Certifications:

• IA certification in Security+ CE or higher (e.g. CEH, CASP, CISSP, etc.)

Colorado Salary Maximum: $194,700
