Key Responsibilities for your projects could be: Lead the process design and scale-up of Revive's PFAS Annihilator system. This could include development and optimization of PFDs, P&IDs, process simulations, and performing mass and energy balances, etc. Drive continuous improvement of SCWO reactor and salt separation subsystems to enhance throughput, minimize fouling, extend service intervals, and improve overall system availability. Provide engineering support to field operations by resolving emergent technical challenges across the fleet; conduct root-cause analyses and implement durable corrective actions in collaboration with site teams. Specify, size, and select process equipment including high-pressure pumps, heat exchangers, valves, blowdown systems, and instrumentation with a focus on SCWO service conditions and corrosive fluid handling.
