As a Radio Frequency Simulator Analyst/Equipment Specialist, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
* Analyze radar systems characteristics defined in U.S. Government (USG) databases, such as: the Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogrammable Database (EWIRDB), Common Emitter Database (CED) and other approved intelligence sources
* Document radar parametrics and generate complex, realistic emitter mode combinations and scenarios for use with RF Simulators
* Verify programmed parametrics with associated test/measurement equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Signal Analyzer, etc.)
* Perform/support system(s) maintenance and calibration

At NRAO, we are recruiting an experienced Software Engineer to plan, design, implement, and maintain critical science operations software for the VLA and VLBA. What You Will be Doing
The primary focus of this position will be designing and developing cutting edge software for the VLA, VLBA, and ng VLA as part of the New Mexico Systems group. Job Description
This role involves all aspects of managing residential and commercial land development projects, including contracts, budgets, design, workload, and permitting. Responsibilities include:
Providing oversight on various construction projects and working with construction inspectors
Developing and producing conceptual, preliminary, and final construction design drawings
Assisting with the preparation of construction plans, detail drawings, and project specifications
Reviewing construction plans, performing horizontal and vertical roadway alignment calculations, and conducting utility research and coordination
Assisting with permitting submittals
Performing quantity calculations and completing engineering cost opinions
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following:
BS in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field
A Professional Engineering (PE) license in Florida, or the ability to obtain or transfer license within 1 year of start date
Approximately 10+ years of experience
Experience in contract administration, permitting, earthwork, site grading, utilities, stormwater management, roadway design, hydrology and hydraulic calculations, and utility design
Familiarity with development and design processes that are specific to local geographic markets
Experience with AutoCAD and various hydrology/hydraulics software, including StormCAD, WaterCAD, ICPR, or similar software packages
Additional Information
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The salary range for this position begins at $125,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. Torch Technologies is seeking a Mission Data Systems Engineer to join a team to assist F35 PSC, 350th Spectrum Warfare Group, 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF). The mission of the 350 SWW is to develop and test mission data (MD) to defeat enemy radar and infrared guided missile systems, thus enhancing aircrew and aircraft survivability in combat. This mission includes operational EW testing, MD development/validation/verification, force development evaluation execution and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation.
As a Mission Data Systems Engineer, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
* The successful candidate will conduct appropriate EW research, MD development and MD testing.
* The successful candidate will support EW system programming/reprogramming, work with EW system engineers to coordinate programming/reprogramming requirements, prepare validation and verification test plans, and organize and participate in MD configuration control boards.
* The successful candidate will assist with the collection, recording, and post-test analysis of data generated during MD testing.
* The successful candidate may be required to travel, both domestic and international, so possessing a US passport or having an ability to obtain one is required.
Job Requirements:

* Candidates must have at least a Master's degree in a technical/engineering discipline; OR 12 years' relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.

This position supports the AFRL/RW.
As a DevSecOps Engineer, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
* Design, implement, and secure cross-platform CI/CD pipelines.
* Automate provisioning and configuration of build/test environments for Linux and Windows.
* Manage the DevSecOps toolchain (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, artifact repositories, deployment tools).
* Integrate security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning) into pipelines.
* Apply DISA STIGs and RMF controls to Linux and Windows systems.
* Automate hardening with Ansible, Puppet, Chef, PowerShell DSC.
* Deploy Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
* Monitor, document, and train teams on secure CI/CD practices.
Required Qualifications:
