The Manager of PACS Diagnostic Information Systems will be responsible for implementing and supporting the multiple imaging applications for the Hospital and its clients including optimizing the end user experience. The Manager of PACS Radiology Information Systems will focus on the application, database, environment, user experience, and sub-system performance of these clinical applications.

Background

The Internal Revenue Service is seeking contractor support to assess, roadmap and remediate major Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) implementations. This role will support IRS in achieving mission success.

Duties

Provides guidance in performing zero trust assessments and roadmaps. Expertise in all 5 zero trust pillars and 3 cross-cutting pillars (Identity, Devices, Network, Application workloads, and Data) Additional expertise with micro segmentation, SIEM, and SOAR's Responds to issues as they relate to either the 5 pillars or cross pillar issues in support of the zero trust architecture. Communicates with customers, subject matter experts, and vendors to resolve issues. Provides leadership, guidance, and accountability for teams of IT specialists and contractors performing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of zta capabilities and other IT-related duties. Maintains current awareness of emerging trends in zero trust architecture and relevant technologies and identifies those with potential application for the agency. Provides customers and management with prompt and accurate technical advice and guidance, recommendations to improve operations and overall support. Provides written and/or status reports on activities or system status, completed projects, research initiatives, technical issues found, and problem resolutions.



Requirements

In this role, the Regional Manager of Laboratory Information Systems is responsible for providing reliable operation and protection of the Clinical Laboratory Information Systems (including interfaces to hospital systems, laboratory instruments, robotic processing systems, reference laboratories and peripheral equipment) and the Pathology Information System which are necessary to provide safe, secure, quality information management that meets patient, caregiver, institutional and department needs.
