This position will be responsible for managing a mission-critical Supply Chain system. Experienced, detailed oriented individual that will actively work with the GDIT business community to solve business problems with systematic and process solutions that fit within system architecture standards.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provides management and application architecture oversight of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain, Procurement, Order and Product Management applications.

+ Collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional support teams, analyzing requirements, user stories and related artifacts to determine technical specifications for application configuration.

+ Ensures alignment on the end-to-end business processes and technical solutions.

+ Manages a small team of systems analysts, application administrators and developers to support upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and integrations with other systems.

+ Manages quarterly release impact assessments and release management planning.

+ Prioritizes and assigns work to meet deadlines managing delays, escalations, and expectations with stakeholders.

+ Provides technical guidance and cross trains team members.

+ Provides hands on configuration and development support when needed.

+ Assists with troubleshooting complex issues and escalating issues with the vendor.

+ Serves as the IT process owner responsible for executing system access, change management, operational and system development controls; supports all IT and business audit needs.

+ Reviews training materials for use and administration of the system.

+ Provides day to day operations oversight, status reports and escalates issues as needed.

+ Stays up to date on leading industry trends and Oracle features and solutions.

+ Directs various personnel functions including performance reviews, goal setting, merit recommendations, training plans, promotions, transfers and hiring.

+ Manages support coverage and vacation schedules.

+ Provides input into technical roadmaps and planning.

**Required Education / Experience:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline: OR the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and related work experience.

+ 10-12 years of related information systems experience

+ Management experience

* Support 3M customers' needs for short-term, long-term or permanent outsource coding
* Ability to work directly with customers to define their outsource coding needs, develop scopes of work to reflect those needs and work with 3M Sales team to secure signed contracts
* Work collaboratively with 3M business partners to identify and place outsource coding resources for customers
* Implement customer outsource engagements, maintain ongoing customer relationships with regular, ongoing meetings, troubleshooting, problem solving and monitoring changing needs
* Routinely analyze/monitor metrics including key process indicators (e.g., DNFB, coding holds), outsource coder coding quality and coding productivity in order to share with customers and work with business partners to achieve results and improve outcomes
* Work internally with 3M business processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue cycle (e.g., reconciling work performed, reporting financial projections, invoicing, maintaining contracts, problem solving and monitoring accounts receivable

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* Associate degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
* AHIMA certification (i.e., RHIT or RHIA)
* Three (3) combined years of supervisory/management experience with facility coding and/or facility coding operations and/or HIM Department operations in mid-to large-size acute care hospital setting(s).
* Two (2) years of working knowledge and understanding of facility coding in general (inpatient and outpatient)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Information Management or related field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
* Working knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT/HCPCS coding schemes, facility reimbursement (e.g., MS-DRGs, APCs), risk adjustment methodologies (e.g., APR DRGs) and patient quality/safety metrics (PSIs, HACs)

Strong knowledge of Windows client/server; *NIX systems; VMWare; networking; VTC/ VoIP; device firmware; web/application servers; databases; and network architectures (hands on preferred; manages highly technical team)

Ability to manage vendor relationships and track externally dependent patching activities; driving the threat research life cycle

Ability to learn complex computing environments quickly; memorization skills desired

Broad understanding of all aspects of IT and enterprise systems interoperability (OSI Model; SDLC; ITIL; etc.)

Coordinate with other team (SOC; IR; RMD; Ops; Management; etc.) activities as necessary

Support threat intelligence activities when required
