Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sterilization Process Operation:

Monitor sterilization parameters such as gas concentration, pressure, temperature, and humidity during sterilization cycles.
Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance:
Schedule equipment maintenance in the system and communicate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Perform routine verification for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance.
Checks and monitoring of ETO sterilization equipment to ensure proper function and prevent breakdowns.
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team for immediate repair.
Control and monitor spare parts inventory.
Safety and Environmental Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols for working with Ethylene Oxide, a hazardous substance, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensure the proper handling and ventilation of ETO gas to protect personnel and the environment.
Follow emergency response procedures for any incidents involving ETO gas leaks or safety concerns.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Accurately complete sterilization DHR records, equipment logs, and other required documentation.
Maintain clear and accurate records of cycle parameters, ensuring that all documentation meets FDA, ISO, and internal quality standards.
Prepare and submit the sterilization DHR to QA for final approval.
Sterilization Cycle Monitoring:
Continuously monitor sterilization cycles for proper operation, including gas injection, dwell times, and aeration phases.
Identify and respond to any alarms or deviations during the sterilization cycle.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Identify issues in the sterilization process or equipment, and take immediate action to troubleshoot problems.
Work with the maintenance and engineering teams to resolve any technical issues or equipment failures.
Product Handling and Loading:
Work with Material Handler to prepare products for sterilization, ensuring that they are properly loaded and spaced to allow for effective ETO penetration.
Load and unload PCDs during the routine process.
Communication and Team Collaboration:
Communicate with the QA team regarding sterilization process data, non-conformances, and any issues affecting product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, maintenance, and production, to ensure smooth facility operations.
Education & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience operating industrial machinery or systems, preferably in sterilization or a related field.
Experience with ETO sterilization processes is a plus but not required (on-the-job training may be provided).
Knowledge of QMS, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and CAPA systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate complex machinery.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Complex IT Support Specialist is a hands-on role focusing on assigned location's computer and network system operations to ensure optimal functioning and for the assigned area on the implementation and rollout of IT related projects. This role manages end user help requests for software and hardware computer issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Lead the technology related efforts for assigned location to ensure implementation and rollout of IT projects, updates, etc. are completed uniformly, providing guidance when needed to Technology Specialists
Evaluate documented resolutions for assigned locations to determine if there are trends, develop solutions to prevent reoccurring problems and communicate management concerning emerging incident trends
Coordinate activities with corporate help desk, network services, and other related IT groups to ensure appropriate group is engaged from projects, issues, etc.
Assist corporate IT with software releases and rollouts, communicating changes/ updates to end users and providing training if applicable
Install, modify, and make necessary repairs to computer hardware and software systems, providing technical assistance and training to system users
Perform hands-on repairs at desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, monitoring nightly backups, and configuring systems and applications
Prioritize and schedule end user help requests escalating to appropriate personnel when needed
Gather documentation, compile and provide updates, statuses and completions to appropriate personnel
Provide regular feedback on successes and opportunities for improvement to appropriate leader for Technology Resource Specialists in assigned locations
Follow and ensure others comply with all safety guidelines, establishing and managing safety policies and procedures
Perform additional relevant duties as assigned

JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Provides daily computer help desk support for association staff and Board of Directors. Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. Identifies, investigates, researches, logs and prioritizes end-user questions and problems as well as recognizing, isolating and resolving desktop computer and network system problems. Escalates issues to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel for repairs and follows up as required. Performs a variety of moderately complex computer and local area network hardware and software support duties; works under moderate supervision.
Internally, this position has frequent interaction with Association executives, Board of Directors, managers, and co-workers. Externally, contacts include a wide variety of vendors, audit teams, and industry professionals, as well as representatives from the Farm Credit Bank of Texas, our funding bank and service provider.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Monitor and respond to user requests for technical assistance. Log all help desk interactions.
Diagnose and resolve desktop computer software and hardware issues including network and phone connectivity issues.
Research end-user questions using available information resources.
Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention.
Assist senior-level staff or management with the IT resources planning process.
Research products and coordinates with vendors to stay abreast of evolving technologies to help assist with the development of association standards for equipment purchases to complement district network needs and establish cost-effective replacement practices for periodic replacement of equipment.
Assist with managing, maintaining, and inventorying the IT assets and equipment of the Association. Track and manage IT assets, including inventory, procurement, and disposal. Ensure proper documentation, licensing, and compliance with organizational policies.
Perform installation/maintenance of IT hardware and software resources
Maintain records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements.
Offer support and training to association employees in the use of computer hardware and/or software. Acts as a liaison between association employees and FCBT (service provider) or other providers of IT training or services.
Assist senior-level staff or management in developing, implementing, and enforcing IT security policy and procedures including enhancement of our Cyber Risk Management plan.
Coordinate disaster recovery planning and testing and assist senior-level staff or management in developing and maintaining business continuity procedures for the Association.
Assist with enhancement of electronic workflows
Assist management in the planning process by determining IT resource need and alternatives.
Assist management in developing and maintaining written documentation of operating procedures for the technology department.
