ATTIC Correctional Services is currently recruiting for a full-time Employee Support Specialist to perform direct services at the Prairie du Chien Correctional Institution in Prairie du Chien, WI. The person in this position is responsible for a caseload of adult correctional clients who participate in the Employment Support Services Program. The person in this position will work directly with the superintendent or his/her designee to coordinate all employment support services. Involvement with clients may be on an individual basis and/or in group settings. Duties include, but are not limited to: Coach inmates on the skill sets necessary to obtain and maintain gainful employment.
