II.Manages the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Department. Provides administrative support to the CIO and divisional staff managing information flow, project oversight, communication, scheduling, and travel.
III.Provides follow-up to requests made to the CIO, obtaining specific details and clarification in regard to company issues and concerns.
