Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for confirming the accuracy of rate lock loan attributes, including but not limited to rate and fees, and clear specific alerts on loan files. Ensure locks follow all guidelines and fee structures of the bank and agencies (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Federal Home Loan Bank) and private investors. They will additionally be responsible for processing loan fundings from investors once loan is sold and upload loan files to be sent to the servicing system.
Primary Responsibilities:
Confirm locks are completed in an accurate and efficient manner.
Stay up to date with all agency and investors guidelines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Federal Home Loan Bank and Private Investors.
Communicate with the Mortgage Loan Originators to determine loan and lock status.
Clear basic rate lock comparison screens that do not affect pricing or loan integrity when requested from various mortgage staff.
Review and input Service Retained/Released loan fundings in the LOS. Service Released fundings will also be processed in servicing system. Transfer of Servicing documents will be prepared and sent.
Compile electronic loan file to be sent to servicing system once loans are funded with investors.
Required to complete both internal and external general banking and mortgage banking norms and practices.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Job Description
Stefanini has a Deskside Technician position in Alcoa Center, PA. This is a long term assignment with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has excellent customer service and strong MS Office skills is a must. The position will require an individual to solve customer support issues by visiting the end-user's location. The technician will be located at the customer's facility providing support in an office or manufacturing environment that will consist of standard PC hardware and software troubleshooting. Depending on the location assignment, support could include remote sites that in some cases may require travel.
Qualifications
•2+ years of experience providing desk side support.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills that includes hardware, software, and other break/fix issues which might include printing, networking, file shares, etc.
• Printer support can include barcode printers, various types of scanners (mainly HP and Sharp).
• Ability to resolve Windows XP and Windows7 Operating System Issues and Errors
• Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge (mainly Cisco)
• Proficient in the latest Microsoft Office Applications
• Understanding of Symantec Virus Scan software

Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

These technicians are essential to the ships Combat Systems department, ensuring readiness for combat operations across the fleet.
Responsibilities
As an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC), you may:
Maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment.
Operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, mainframe computers, large screen displays, LANs, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems used in weapons systems.
Support combat systems readiness aboard aircraft carriers, Aegis cruisers, and other surface ships.
Work Environment
ETs and FCs serve on fleet units worldwide and at shore-based repair facilities. Expect assignments aboard ships, at remote stations, and in technical repair shops. Work is highly technical, requiring precision and teamwork.
