Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Perform planning, design, and installation of new and existing personal computer systems.
Consult with end users to determine hardware and software needs based on operational requirements.
Develop programs or select and customize commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software to meet identified needs.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripheral devices, and associated system software.
Administer and maintain telecommunications protocols as required.
Provide troubleshooting, diagnostic support, and resolution for hardware and software issues.
Train and support end users in the use of computer systems, software, and hardware tools.
Document system configurations, processes, and user instructions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding IT security and system access.
Basic Qualifications - Required Education, Certifications, Skills, And Experience
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; OR Associate Degree (AA) and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting PC hardware, software, and peripherals in a mid-to-large scale environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide day-to-day application support for Distribution Center (DC) systems including WMS, TMS, LMS, and related technologies (RF scanners, automation, Put-to-Light, printers, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as WMS/TMS/LMS errors, integration failures, hardware malfunctions, and network/connectivity problems, escalating to IT teams or vendors as needed.
Analyze operational and system data to identify inefficiencies, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend/implement process or system improvements.
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to assess requirements, validate data accuracy, and ensure optimal application performance.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementations; document functional requirements, test results, procedures, and support materials.
Train and support end users on applications, system processes, and security best practices.
Monitor application and system performance, create and analyze reports/logs, and track performance metrics to ensure high availability and operational throughput.
Coordinate vendor activities during system outages, updates, and upgrades, ensuring issues are documented, tracked, and resolved.
Execute assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness; manage priorities and select appropriate methods to complete work efficiently.
Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and event execution.
Provide support coverage during night, weekend, or on-call rotations as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support supply chain operations and technology initiatives.

Job Details:

Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Clear understanding of OSI Model Layers 1-3, to include TCP/IP, VTP, SMTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, and EIA/TIA cable standards
Must be familiar with firewall and VPN technologies
Strong network experience maintaining switches and routers, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN problems
Good knowledge of general security methodologies
Must have strong oral and written communications skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline and 3 years related experience, or;
Completion of certification program at a technical or vocational school and 8 years related experience
Compliance with DoD Directive 8570.01 “Information Assurance Training, Certification, and Workforce Management required
Security+ CE certification required

Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $75,000 - $85,000. Job Description

You will provide amazing support to our clients, greatly exceeding their experience of what anyone else has ever done for them.
You will escalate customer support requirements as appropriate, communicating relevant information (such as criticality and timeliness), and confirming acceptance of the escalated issue.
You will prepare desktops, laptops and miscellaneous hardware for customers.
You will keep customer documentation up-to-date and accurate.
You will deliver assigned operational and project commitments to customers, utilizing the entire customer team as necessary and as agreed with the Customer Team Lead.
You will perform customer maintenance activities on behalf of the customer team.
You will monitor the customer team's assigned alerts in conjunction with the live helpdesk and respond appropriately.
You will work collaboratively with teams of smart, thoughtful people to best meet the needs of our clients.
You will demonstrate the ability to organize, prioritize, plan and deliver your work and commitments in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting include the following:
You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and oral
You should be able to explain technical challenges and solutions to just about anyone, regardless of their background
You should be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as necessary
We require at least 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role
Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
Must live in or around the Savannah, GA area and be willing to work a hybrid schedule with some days onsite

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Manufacture composite aircraft parts to meet manufacturing specifications, in a team-oriented work environment.
Demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements of the Manufacturing Competencies at the appropriate level in the Employee Effectiveness Review.
Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine the sequence of operations.
