This hybrid role will require some local travel to data centers and on-site collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Enhance, manage, and monitor enterprise infrastructure (on-prem and cloud). Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Proactively ensure high availability and performance of all systems and infrastructure. Develop and maintain custom PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and reduce manual efforts. Lead architecture, engineering, and execution of cloud migration initiatives. Participate in team projects and handle individual daily tasks with accountability. Document all work in a shared knowledge base and mentor Level 1-2 support teams. Utilize ITSM and ticketing systems to manage tasks and incidents effectively. Upcoming Projects: Intune Expansion Data Center Refresh Okta Replacement Server Refresh Initiative What You Bring: 5+ years of experience with storage solutions. 5+ years of experience in Azure Cloud services. 5+ years of experience with Office 365 administration. 5+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments (2012-2022). Solid PowerShell scripting skills for automation and efficiency. Working knowledge of hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
