Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience * Experience working in higher education setting. * Strong analytical and technical skills, detail oriented, and interpersonal skills * Experience with extracting and aggregating data using SQL or other tools as well as analyzing data using statistical software (I.e. SAS, IR, SPSS, etc.) * Demonstrated familiarity with policies and processes in higher education (FERPA, accessibility etc.) Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Ellucian Banner Student Information System enterprise systems. * Master's degree * Demonstrated experience with relevant student success management systems or student degree planning systems (XAP, Degree Works, Targetx, EAB, Twilio, etc.) * Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. * Expertise with data visualization tools Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities * Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience communicating proactively with customers, team members, and vendors. * Proven ability to develop effective relationships and work at all levels of an organization. * Innate customer-centric mindset with a focus on improving service delivery experiences. * Problem solver, with an interest towards designing and implementing solutions. * Ability to work independently and in team-based environment.
