Meter to Cash (MTC) Delivery is responsible for analyzing and designing work that impacts the Meter to Cash systems and their direct interfaces. This team works with business and technical stakeholders to obtain the best possible solutions for its clients.
Its deliverables include providing estimates for MTC related work; developing an internal work plan with identified resources and target completion dates; and preparing requirements and functional designs. To ensure the MTC Delivery team provides the utmost service to its clients, it is organized into three functional areas that align with PG&E's business operations: Customer Information, Billing/Finance, and Measure & Field Services.
Position Summary
We are looking for an Expert level IT business analyst in MTC Delivery Billing/Finance team who can be a quick learner, thorough, organized, flexible to adapt in fast paced and dynamic environments. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert for assigned area of coverage with in-depth knowledge of the business practices and MTC functionality that supports it. The analyst is mainly responsible for analyzing business requirements, proposing system solution and developing function requirement and function design documents. In addition, the analyst is responsible for analyzing O&M and project defects to determine business/technical impact and providing recommendation on fixing the defects.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described below, but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $122,000.00
Bay Area Maximum: $194,000.00

Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or job-related discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in analyzing, designing and developing functional requirements and application functional design in rate billing and financial domain

The Clinical Document Improvement Specialist - (CDS) is responsible for providing CDI program oversight and day to day CDI implementation of processes related to the concurrent review of the clinical documentation in the inpatient medical record of Optum 360 clients' patients. Key Responsibilities:

The IT Asset Management Technician follows procedures and defined processes pertaining to the organization's IT assets (ie., hardware) throughout their life cycle, from acquisition to final disposition. Duties may include, but are not limited to, asset tagging and securing equipment, entering asset tracking information into the organization's management system, performing periodic inventory discovery and audits, preparing asset kits for shipment, receiving returned assets, physical hardware inspection, performing OS imaging and configuration, software installation, license management and preparing assets for retirement.
Responsibilities
Record new assets and de-activate asset records in client's asset management system
Adhere to organization's IT asset life cycle strategy and processes
Collect necessary information for asset deployment including recipient shipping details, software application and special configuration needs
Deploy OS image builds to PC devices and perform post image system configuration
Package IT equipment for shipment, generate shipping labels and oversee carrier pickup in line with deployment SLA targets
Inspect returned PC devices for proper operation, track asset status in the asset management system and perform physical cleaning before placing in inventory
Organize stock of IT equipment in the organization's asset depot and warehouse
Generate key monthly tracking metrics and reporting including but not limited to:
Assets in inventory along with new / used equipment received

Qualifications
